Hey Rodrigo.. technically it's both down and up.. My method is based on watching BB play it and watching it very, very slowly. I'd say, whatever way works best for you! But I'm a believer in up first.
What BB actually does is to start with a microtonal pre-bend (pushed up) as his resting point BEFORE he picks the note. From that he pulls down and back up into the micro bend. That's why it has that sound.
@@Music-el7if Interesting...now, if only BB had been intentionally doing that, LOL. Seems more like trial and error that made it work for him, that's the beauty of it, it's totally raw and his own. Good share!
Thank you. Great tutorial for his vibe.
BB does it with all fingers. It is harder than it seems.
Brian may teaching blues today. Love it.
I've been tryna find the right tutorial for this vibrato for a long time and I've finally found it. Thank you man

Wow, you really nailed that. To me it's kinda frustrating, because it seems my wrist is not able to wiggle in that rapid frequency
Great lesson, very clear! Thank you!

This guy was KING
The light bulb just went off in my head Captain.
Just saw a video by Corey Congilio saying that the string should be pulled down instead of pushed up... which is it?!
