The main problem with the Dirac is that the NSO Harbinger is arguably better and the best way I have of making that argument is to compare it with the already well known Underboss. Underboss 220 RPM 350m/s 375 damage up to 8m 200 damage past 42m 2.5/3.5 second short/long reload 6/42 ammo (no extended mag available) Harbinger 232 RPM 350m/s 300 damage up to 8m 200 damage past 50m 1.55/1.9 second short/long reload 9/81 ammo (HAS extended mag available) + half the recoil and bloom of UB and better accuracy stats. Harbinger is basically a better UB in most or all cases with some areas like reload speed, ammo and accuracy being MUCH better. Can also have a silencer and extend mag which UB can not if you want to sneak around with it and to bump up the ammo even more. UB does have better up close shots to kill if you are doing body shots but the larger bullets in the Harbinger makes it easier to hit headshots so its a bit of a coin flip which would be better there though mag giving it double the ammo over UB is a crazy advantage on its own considering what a pocket cannon it is, you can quite comfortably take out 3-4 people with it and even if you need to reload its snappy as heck.
Man I wish the NCs aurax pistol, the Executive, was as good as the dirac. Executive IMO should be turned into the NC dirac by increasing it's muzzle velocity to 550m/s, minimum damage to 125, and including a 3.4x integrated scope .
Yeah, I think it’s absolutely brain dead that half of the NSO animations block half your screen while reloading. The MAKO rechamber animation is fucking DUMB, and all of the pistols make me want to ragequit when reloading regardless of how well I’m doing.

I totally agree Harbinger is better, it's probably the best pistol in the game
