Recipe:
Green Chillies 4
Ghee 1/2cup
Chicken 1kg
Salt 1tsp
Tomato 5
Garlic paste 1tsp
yoghurt 1.5cup
Cumin 1tsp
Black Pepper 1tsp
Coriander 1/2tsp
coriander leaves for garnish
ginger for garnish
Kun Foods Chicken Cholistani Karahi
Put ghee in a steel karahi.
Saute 4 sabz mirchein (cut in the middle) in the oil, then set aside on a plate.
Add chicken pieces to the karahi.
Add 1 tbsp of salt while frying.
After 5-7 minutes, add 4-5 tomatoes thinly sliced.
Add 1 tbsp crushed garlic.
Cover the pot for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the lid.
The tomatoes should be soft.
Now we have to dry the excess water, so increase the heat.
Once the ghee rises and water is dry, add date cup whipped (Phenti hui) dahi.
Add masalay (1 tsp kali mirch dardari-not bareek otherwise karahi will get black, 1 tsp zeera dardara, 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder, and the 4 sabz mirchein from before).
now increase heat to evaporate the water of the dahi.
When ghee has risen, turn off heat.
Add finely cut cilantro and thin strips of ginger.
cover with lid to distribute the smell of garnishes.

Tried it today. Delicious indeed. I had 2kg chicken so increased spices to taste. I always add vinegar in my cooking so added 2 'caps' of vinegar bottle and it did not change original taste of the recipe at all. Thanks for uploading!

@@hunny585 Basically it is a black pepper karahi , which I felt bcs he didn't add any other spice except black pepper so the black pepper's taste dominates , add crushed black pepper according to ur taste buds
It a white chicken karahi no need for red chilli. He makes a different one which he uses red chilli.

@@almassultan7224 Assalam o alaikum. Yes it was soft. For this, firstly I soaked chicken in water adding vinegar Nd salt. Then after 2 hours I washed that chicken very neatly. Then next day I cooked that chicken. The thing which I have observed my sister is , cooking Fresh chicken reamins hard. We have to soak it in vinegar water. It will help u making any type of chicken next time in sha ALLAH 🤍
