I made it everyone likes alot but one thing i added its a hack ( thora sa haradhanya and thoda pudina 5 hari mirch ) griand karke paste banalein or jab kadai ready hone me 5 min rehjayen to ye paste daaldein or taiz aanch me bhunai karein takay paani dry hojae aapki kadai amazing banegi haradhanya+ pudina+ harimirch daalne se tomatoes ki khataas mehsoos nahi hoti kadhai chatpati banti ha dum me sabut 3 hari mirch rakhdei. Upar

A genuine review after following this recipe couple of times: This karahi recipe is really easy, quick, and super delicious to make.🌟 It has become my go-to chicken karahi recipe. I have tried it several times (with some modifications each time) as a beginner and each time it turned out really well. One thing I would like to share about my experience is that, if you follow this exact recipe, it is going to be mild in spiciness. As my folks and I like karahi to be a little spicy, I add an extra half/one teaspoon of spices and salt. (for 1 kg chicken) I have also added karahi packet masala with red chili powder and it tastes great. If you want more gravy, add more tomatoes. And adjust the spices according to your taste. Trust me it is a great and versatile recipe to follow. Try it yourself. You will not get disappointed. InshaAllah☺️

3 onions and one cup of water in a pressure cooker. Blend it to make gravy. In a karahi/heavy bottom wok. Add 1kilo chicken chopped. 3 to 4 chopped tomatoes. 1tsp salt. 1tbsp ginger garlic paste. Mix it all together then put the heat on. Place lid and let all this cook. This will make the base. Add one cup of the onion gravy and cook with the chicken for 5 mins. Add a good serving spoon of ghee. Fry it. Two minutes later Add spices. 1tsp red chilli powder and mix. After 3 mins add yogurt (2 large serving spoons). Stir. After a few mins of stirring and cooking add crushed cumin 1 heaped tsp and 1 heaped tsp of crushed coriander. Half teaspon of ground black pepper. Stir. Add chopped green chilli and ginger to garnish. Add 1/4 tsp garam masala in the end and cover with a lid for a further two minute before serving.
Watched the recipe last night. Couldn’t resist. Made it today. My mom loved it. She just couldn’t stop eating. Thank you so much for this delicious and super easy recipe

Tomatos< tomatos always reduce the taste of a dish (in tradational desi dishes, south asian dishes) Tomatos does not increase or Enhance the taste of our desi style dishes , it's my personal experience. for example when tomatos are used in chicken / beef / mutton or in sea foods dishes, The Orginal taste of Meat Vanished. When tomatos are used in basmati rice dishes, the Origional taste of rice Vanished. In our old trdational dishes of South Asia tomatos were not used. Raja, Maharaja & Mughal dishes, tomatos were not used. But now a days professional cooks are adding tomatos in every recipies. If tomatos does not Enhance the taste of a dish, then why tomatos are going favouret now days? I have no objection on your any recipie. It's my General Question. And I have asked this question from you, because you have deep & Perfect knowledge about spicy tastefull foods. Please consider it

Thanks a lot for summarising it all. Just add the time duration in first step cooking i.e for about 7 minutes to half cook the chicken in that step.
