"Whether it is a Win or loss, you cannot hang on to it for a longer time, you do not have that luxury. The circuit goes on. And the sooner you forget the better it is for the future.
We cannot let losses hamper our chances of winning in future. Psychologically, you should put a lot of effort to forget it as well."
Amazing words by Gopi sir. Applies to every ambitious person.
Rather than suppressing and moping over for a long time of any loss....cry deeply to your heart's content for few days and accept and forget the past. It is very important to forget the past to focus on future.

    No words to speak
it's just awesome coach and lovely students and making our country proud.
It's truly motivating and inspiring watching the stories of their struggle and sacrifices thay have made to reach it.
With this I learnt a lesson on that academics is no difference with sports in achieving success. Path is always same plan, do hard and achieve it.

Because they're on a stage we don't know what their nature is off camera. And most people in general are usualy polite and humble anyways so it's not something unusual. They're really good in there respective sport so for that they should be praised but not for just being a decent human being.
