This cover was a perfect storm, to be honest. Something came along at every point in the process that either complicated or elongated the completion of this cover, but Hiro, Raina, and I managed to push through somehow.
Even though I honestly wanted to tear my hair out every other day I spent working on it. Admittedly, the mix isn't perfect, mostly cause Hiro's mic had some bizarre EQ issues. I did my best to remedy the problems as much as I could, but I could only do so much, so I apologize for that. Even so, I am satisfied with the amount of change that I was able to make and the progress that was made on the mix, so I hope you all still enjoy it.
Naturally, I couldn't have done this cover without the cooperation and lovely voice of Hiro Muse, who endured the fast lyrics, difficult melody, and my extreme pickiness with both our vocals and the mix itself. Check out her channel:

You're welcome. There is one other English cover of this song, but it was done with an UTAU as opposed to a normal singer. Haven't been able to check if it's still online or not.

When i watched the english version on netlflix the intro started as " Yeah, turn your sadness into kindess, your uniquess into strength. Even if you get lost keep walking.....ONE MORE TIME! Are you really happy? When your always meeting someones expentations. etc lol
My version for some reason I hear: “ Turn your laughter to kindness, your kindness to strength. Who knew laughter could do so many things.”

@Hello Dake actually it says turn sadness into kindness, turn what makes you you into strength. I'm afraid that even though laughter is the best medicine, the fundamental principle of no pain no gain still applies to the original lyrics

nuke 12 I know what it’s like to be an artist that has produced something less than quality. They can’t get better if they don’t know what is appealing and what is self service. Granted feedback usually has you did ____ well and ____ needs improvement but we both heard what was put out. The artist *knows* what they did here
