I don’t have anything bad to say about this man. I don’t know his life or his walk with God. I listened to and loved Journey when I was out in the world, doing my own thing, loved them. But this song has nothing to do with our Lord and Savior, absolutely nothing. When our heart changes our song changes.

Three years ago I was going through a challenging time. The Lord wrote a date for me to remember. In the dream I kept saying all remember,I’ll remember, Then next thing I heard was this song’s course DON’T STOP BELIEVING. I hung onto this and reminded Him I haven’t stop believing. Praise God🙏🏽🙌🏽🔥

You miss the point of the song. Sinners. Sinning.Searching desperately searching for true love, emotion, and to fill the emptiness of the street light lifestyle. but never finding it in the night. Thats what we are here on earth, until we find the light. Jesus said its the sick that need the Physician.

This is so sad. The words are in no way glorifying to the Lord who gave so much for us & where is the challenge of the Gospel? The answer is nowhere in any of Journey's songs! They are just being repackaged because the contain a couple of "churchy" words/lines, otherwise, the songs don't belong in any Christian forum or presented as "worship music". By the way, Mr. Cain needs to transpose those tunes because he is simply unable to reach the higher notes any longer......ouch! How sad this must make the Father.

I worked in big nightclubs and this was the closing song on the dance floor for people to hook up and go home drunk and this is used on a Christian praise show???? Enough said .... how terrible!!!!!

It stings a little to see him believe this song on the The Jim Bakker Show... for several reasons. However, his talent ultimately led him to Christ and now he is in a position to be a positive influence in millions of lives.
It could’ve and should’ve been transferred to a good inspirational song.

I am reminded of Matthew 24:11. This does not seem to be promoting Christ’s doctrine. The words are not about believing in Christ or his mission. The song is not one I suspect God wants to hear.
“And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.” Unfortunately you will find more Christians (Christ-like) in a jail than on that stage.

I am, and always have been so in love with Jon. I'm 38 so I was a tad late in the time of The Babys and early Journey but something about this man's life and story I find so fantastic. I can't wait to see him next month! I love you Jonathan Cain!
I’m glad this man turned his heart to the Lord, but this song is so inappropriate.
That song has nothing whatsoever to do with the doctrine of Christ. In yet another youtube “sermon” that singer is telling a church audience that wives may need to watch porn with their husbands. If anyone believes this is of God or Christ-like I feel sorry for you.

Ad the above comment noted the song is about trying to find deeper meaning. Don't stop believing. It is not promoting one night stands. It describes lost people trying to find meaning through partying and one night stands, but not finding it. As for Bakker, I doubt that a man once publicly destroyed by a sex scandal is truly offended by these lyrics.
