Indianapolis City Market Has CLOSED! Final Days Tour + Elvis Presley's Last Concert at Market Square

The Indianapolis City Market has officially closed down for a 2+ year long renovation of the property which will involve transforming the market to include a new high rise and other features. The historic 1881 marketplace may look a bit different after it reopens in 2026, so I took a walk around the faltering old market in its final days just before shuttering. This episode also features a monument at the site of Elvis Presley's last concert at the Market Square Arena in 1977, which was later demolished.
