Interesting analysis. For the last 1400 years Muslim scholars associated the second event with the rise of Israelites and destruction of the 2nd temple by the Romans in 70 CE. Anyway, but according to this new interpretation, it seems what Wahaj Tarin is saying, we are living in the age of second era when followers of Jewish faith will become arrogant-haughty and cause mischief. First event ended in the utter destruction of their state and temple. How will the 2nd era end ? Interesting analysis. For the last 1400 years Muslim scholars associated the second event with the rise of Israelites and destruction of the 2nd temple by the Romans in 70 CE. Anyway, but according to this new interpretation, it seems what Wahaj Tarin is saying, we are living in the age of second era when followers of Jewish faith will become arrogant-haughty and cause mischief. First event ended in the utter destruction of their state and temple. How will the 2nd era end ? Probably answer lies in Hadith not in Quran, what would bring about the end of this second age of corruption-mischief.
