Palur pala fruits has 2 seasons. Vegetable research station has created such tree.

15 brix during this off season nd maximum 20 to 22 or 25.brix in regular season.
As per the scientific community minimum 25brix is required when cut at the most crispiest marketable condition for fruit purposes.
Anything below 25brix is actually suitable for vegetable purposes And not suitable for fruit purposes.
For reference papaya is 15 to 24brix.
Vietnam early variety is 14 to 22 brix and vietnam early is actually for vegetable variety and not suitable for fruit purposes as per field results and suited for tender jack vegetable
