The first couple days after the demo dropped, all I saw on piano mini game videos was comments like "as a professional musician of X years, I can say that this mini game is terrible and is nothing like playing a real piano" and shit like that. It was mind blowing how far people were taking the critique over an optional mini game in an RPG game ... Thank you again for keeping it real and having fun with it.

You don't need to be a professional musician of X years to see that. Never understood people who just complain for the sake of complaining. What sad lifes they must have.

Thank you! It really is! And yeah its a weird detail. His hands move to each octave properly, but the fingers don't hit the keys accurately... But the individual keys still get pressed on the piano itself even if clouds fingers don't touch it 😂

i think it's worth mentioning that in the original game, you need to play the tune that you would hear on the world map, to find an item that teaches Tifa her level4 "limit break".
I may not fully like the piano mini game for how touchy the sticks are, but seeing something like this makes me appreciate that it does exist. Getting A on all the songs is gonna be the one thing that keeps me from 100% for a while.

The speed and accuracy at which you played all of these songs is actually incredibly impressive. It was pretty fun guessing which songs you were playing through the video. You should maybe try the theme song for Neon Genesis Evangelion if you can.
