Just because of your videos, I did an awesome 8-day road trip through Europe last August.
Going downhill on this very same Southern side along with a crazy Austrian GS rider and my buddies will remain one of my best motorcycle memories !

Thanx for sharing ! This bike is by far one of the best midsize trail bike on the market, I've been able to test Africa twin, T7, 800 tiger etc...this KTM is just incredible !

Brilliant as always. Love your videos! I'm agree the QS is awesome, two steps forward the rest of brands. Is impressing how no matters if it has 21" front wheel, for sport riding. Very nice and hard work by KTM.

Haha you are one of the reasons i first got my eyes on this bike and later on now owns one! It is such a blast going from hard offroad and out on curvy roads hammering it. i love the bike

I've told you this before, I absolutely love my 1090R.. It would be a very hard decision between this and the 1290 if I lost the 1090. Regardless, proud to ride KTM. Love your videos dude. Just stay safe. Content alone is great.

Ich bin 2019 sowohl die 790 Duke als auch die 790 ADV gefahren. Die Duke ist ja ein Wunder an Agilität. Die ADV fühlt sich viel schwerer und träger an, braucht deutlich mehr Druck am Lenker zum Einlenken. Ist vom Fahrgefühl nicht weit von der 1290 SAS entfernt. Wenn man aber die volle Leistung abruft, kommt bei der 1290 sehr, sehr viel mehr. Deswegen finde ich: wer das Geld für die 1290 SAS hat, und nicht nur gemütlich cruisen möchte, ist damit deutlich besser bedient.
Und Schaaf: exzellent gefahren, exzellente Bilder, exzellenter Ton - und kein einziger Ton blöde Musik! Ich glaube, bei Motorrad-RAWs bist Du einfach der Beste, und zwar weltweit! Darauf darfst du ruhig ein wenig stolz sein!

Put the sound recording device under your seat, meaning it's really close to.the engine and the exhaust and still protected from the wind 👌

Scheint sehr leicht und locker zu sein und einfach manövrierbar, die Kati. Der Motor scheint auch typisch KTM drehfreudig zu sein. Thumbs up, Schööfl.

Hi ist das der orginale Auspuff mit kat ? Der hört sich gut an habe auch ne Adventure S mit gerade 1200 km bin noch am überlegen ne anderen Auspuff an zu bauen vom optischen Remus Mivv Arrow der Akra ist mir zu teuer und haut mich nicht um vom Sound .Gruß

@@Schaaf Thats very true. Go for the S version and put on a pair of tires that suits your riding condition and you are more or less set. stock tires are great for gravel offroad and really good on road. 90/10 on and offroad.
What is the second GoPro on your tank bag for? Great riding as always. Did the larger size front wheel hold you back at all? Good feeling?
For filming when stopping. No it's no big deal actually

Great video and sound! One question: how tall are you and how comfortable was the S model for you? I've seen reviews that it's ok for shorter riders, not so much for taller ones (above 180cm). I am considering getting one, but don't have a drive test option anywhere near and I'm hesitating to pay the advance....
I'm 184cm and the bike felt perfect to me

The 21" front tire does not seem to hinder it's ability to handle a corner...That's some radical riding you should try it on my 800 Dragster RR I think you would like it...

Ich hab im Sommer ein Video mit der 890er gemacht, aber leider nur ein kurzes. Ich werde es aber dennoch im laufe des Herbst hochladen. Hört sich aber prinzipiell genau gleich wie die 790er an ;)

ich bin noch nicht zu 100% von der 790 ADV überzeugt weil ich auch ein bike brauch mit dem ich jeden tag durch die stadt in die arbeit komme aber dieser quickshifter ist mal sowas von ein geiles argument für dieses bike^^

How is the quickshift on this model? I plan to sell my 390 adv and duc mon to get bigger cc adv bike. However, 390 quickshift is so unreliable. Used to own kawasaki sport bike, factory quickshift is very smooth and reliable.

Wow, a lot of this world is so beautiful...and so are some of the roads - thanks for capturing them for us - times like this make me really appreciate what you guys do. As for the exhaust sound...it's ok, but it's no Tuono. I think the pops and crackles on the overrun seem a bit contrived.

Hey, can I just ask, got a 790 adv s aswell and got this weird bouncing from the front between 30 and 90 ish km/h on tarmac. Using stock tires too. Dealer claims it's a "characteristic" of the model. Is this anything you've noticed?
yes I noticed it as well. Others say they didn't. Maybe it is a loose spoke. Or just a KTM flaw which wouldn't be too surprising ;)

Hey man! Great video as usual! Do you use any presets in Premiere (LUT) for color corecting your videos? They have some special color, I don't see in any other videos. Would you mind sharing it? Yes. It probably was a loose spoke.

He checked the spoke, but it seems that it is not that ...🤔
So far I am a bit disappointed by KTM. But I will see when I change tire.

Hi mit welchem programm renderst du? Und kannst du mir die Rendereinstellungen verraten wenn das kein Betriebsgeheimnis ist :D ? Wenn ich mit Sony Vegas render, sieht es nichts so gut wie das Original aus, trotz hohen Einstellungen. Und sonst wie immer cooles Video.
edit: ok das programm steht in der beschreibung :D aus was muss man da besonders achten beim rendern?
gar nichts. Einfach die RUclips Render-Presets verwenden und immer schön in 2.7K oder noch besser 4K arbeiten :)
