Ma'am,in addition to above what I noted that if first antara is in low frequency and next antra is in high frequency (tar) then in between two antras if there is music then you may go to high scale easily.
Second if in the line of a song there is a low note and then high note ,take a nyasa after low note which will enable you to sing high note.(like in DUNIYA KE RAKHWALE OR MAN TADPAT HARI DARSHAN KO AAJ)

Diabaties high hone ke karan meri aawaz achana rook see gayee hai. Matalab gaate wakat moje aisa mahesoos hotahai jaisay meri awaz koiee raburband lagake peevhe kheech raha hai.
Achanak aisa hone ke karan
Maine 1 saal patience rakha
Pheer bhi awaz joo sooreeli thee pehele, aabhi taak free nahi hoo rahi.
