- In this video I cover the full mechanics to boosting as a Red Hive, and specific things to look out for. Boosting as red isn't the most complicated thing to do, but it still takes some brains, and requires a decent amount of practice to get better at.

It doesnt work
Another very important mechanic to keep in mind is the dark flames from the dark scythe. I only recently learned how it works exactly. Whenever your dark scythe hits a flame, it will convert it into a dark flame. But the important thing about this is that this will also reset the flame's despawn timer. This means you don't want to convert your regular flames immediately, instead wait until just before the flames despawn and then hit them with your dark scythe.

thanks for this vid i recently turned red after being blue my whole carreer and low key bombed my entire honey day with my biggest boost only being 50 t but i dont think i was taking advantage of line ups and frequently losing flame heat

dont switch to red with less than 400t honey, if u dont gift ur hive, or get atleast decent 4/5 ssa u will make nothing (all gifted precises and spicys matter alot)
@@soulsharxx Just realized I said "soon", I didn't really mean that, I'm thinking of getting tide popper before that and by then I will most likely also have a level 18 hive and I also want to go through beesmas as a blue hive (if it even comes out), so it will be a while before I will be switching. @@qWindz Thanks, also while you are blue and thinking about switching to red, try to grind red and white drives on digital, because boosting without drives is bad
Btw for anyone trying to switch now, 4 gifted tads is now the meta instead of 3 baby 1 tad. If you're switching from blue do not forget about that (I made that mistake lmao)
Btw: now if you want to maximize your honey making you should pick up all of the winds because each stack of wind gives you +1% white pollen

*Yo I Need Some Help. im a red hive with 45 bees. Im thinking of switching to blue because its easier and cheaper than red. But i will switch back to red after i make alot of honey. But im not sure if i should acctually do it because i feel like its late. I already got 5 precise and 5 spicy bees and only 3 buoyants(1gifted) and 1 gifted tadpole. I would switch but instead of being able to lvl up my bees and do other stuff i gotta grind for 500b honey and its gonna be a pain. I will have to use royal jellies and change ALL bees in my hive. And also get good amulets. Should I do It Or no? (Also i do fight alot so losing some damage is gonna be bad. I also wont macro)*

HELP. I’m dumb. I got SSA and wanted to go red so I got solo scorch. I’m close to getting a perfect red hive. I have 49 slots and the heat treated planter. The problem is I am running solo scorch and Idk how I’m ever going to make enough honey to add star saw. Anyone have any tips?!

Imo there is 3 solutions first one is the best : switch blue, second one is the best if you wanna stay red : get SOLO star saw (for majority of player it’s better than solo scorch), and last option is to stay with your scorch saw and train how to convert with flame and precise target (gl now !)
I recommend just staying solo scorch, solo star saw will use a lot of stingers. Just use precise bees and spicy bees for conversion, and if your conversion is really awful, you can charge up your scorching star in a nearby blue or white field and jump into the field you're boosting in before activating it. Scorching saw takes about 7.5T honey on average to get, so keep that in mind when spending your honey.

HELP I MADE 1T WITH SCORCH GUMMY PASSIVE
What can I do if I can't stay afk for a whole week straight to get all nectars to 20 hours? I know nectar condenser is a thing but 20 hours is 5 vials; 5 vials * 4 nectars (invigorating is in the jar) = 20 vials. You can only get 1 vial per day so it's 20 days of preparation for 1 boost...
Unfortunately that’s the rate a majority of white/reds boost at. Only the top players who have time to spend can boost frequently. Even when I’m actively playing I can only afford 1-2 boosts a week based on the time I have. If you’re looking to have the highest rate of honey based on time spent, I actually recommend going as a blue hive because contrary to popular belief, it isn’t just a macro color and it can boost somewhat well
Or farm nectars and boost entire day at weekend
