I love mine. Had no issues setting it up, been working like a horse every day(each time I tell alexa I'm leaving) for a little more than a year now. Now sure why everyone is having issues setting it up and running it, but I've had zero issues, 15 minutes after opening the box it was running.
Really appreciate your help. Everything you said was true & I couldn't have set it up without you. I paid $110 with a Walmart "deal" where the retail was $619.99 😂
Thank you so much for your video, it was a life saver. We spent 30 minutes trying to pair it only to find out that our button labels were flipped 🤦🏼♂️. Wouldn’t have figured it out with out this
Super helpful, and I’m returning it LOL! I just got it on Amazon Prime Day, and the price wasn’t as good as what you got it for. And if it doesn’t do half the things I would think something like this should do, I’m going to return it. Thank you for your review. It was super helpful.
You are missing the third manual that describes the app and how to connect. Had the vacuum connected to the app and set up in 10 minutes. For $100 new, I love it. It does a good job on all my floors. But I don’t have any carpet.
Thanks for bringing that up! Yeah it seems like I was certainly missing something from this discounted used unit. I only found the Tuya App after some research.
Thanks for posting this. I bought the Ihome Luna. It was also on sale at Walmart+ for like $50. I'm not 100% sold on it. Since the last software update, I'm having minor issues. But after watching this video, and seeing this one doesn't have even the basic features mine has, I think I'll stick with my Luna. I have mapping, suction, and the ability to vacuum one specific room (or 2 or 3). I can create restricted area's.
Great video! My limited understanding is that Tuya devices can be controlled by the official Tuya app, but that another third party app, Smart Life, offers more automations.
I cannot agree more. I thought it was a great deal and read the reviews on Amazon so I thought I’d get it. It’s frustrating to set up the ridiculous app and the manuals are useless. I think I’m returning it
I purchased the same vacuum from Amazon, but it stopped working after 3 months. I've sent several emails to the seller without any response. Their customer service is the worst.
I have one and so far so good. I’m really liking it. The only problem is, and I can’t find this anywhere in the manual, do you take the water container oat when you’re vacuuming or do you have to empty it? Or can you leave the water in there while it vacuums? And how do you change it from vacuum to mop?
You are correct as this can be an issue. This robot vacuum has no carpet detection and cannot lift the mop pad. It is also a concern to me since I have both hard floor and carpet/rugs. Best case scenario will be a home with only tile/hard floor for mopping and vacuuming.
It’s weird on the video here it’s rated like 2.5 stars and right now it’s almost a 5 star product. I just bought it and now I feel like I was ripped off.
Very good video, so i have some questions. When i set the hour for the routine, how can i choose if the robot will vaccum or mopping ? Also, how to prevent the robot to mopping my carpet an only cleaning around it ? Thank’s for your help
It seems like in the Tuya App, you can adjust mop water settings but it will always run the vacuum. And this robot vacuum does not have carpet detection and it is unable to lift the mop pad, meaning it cannot automatically shut off the water to the mop. You’ll have to manually turn off the water via the app.
Mine is telling me it is out of the floor and just go back. Never front or sides. I would love to try a factory reset since it really looks like a software issue, but I cannot find any instructions on how to do it. Any idea?
Just receive it. Not sure about the cleaning modes ?? Which one is the best or your favorite ? Thank you! By chance you did a video for the app setup ! Thanks!
There are several cleaning modes, but I run it on auto. It defaults to auto mode anyway every time you tell it to run because it won’t remember the last mode you set it to. Thanks for watching!
That's my way of trying to find the name of the app from the instructions manual with no luck. The reference is from the Spongebob Squarepants Imitation Krabs episode from season 2 episode 24b.
I have the same issue… think it’s because my floors aren’t all leveled and sometimes it has a small « step » ( like 1/4")… in the video, his floors seem pretty flat
I got this too and have no issues for so long until now! I am getting the error code with 2 deep beeps and 4 high beeps and the error says encoder abnormal. It says to restart which we have done so many times!! How do you factory reset?
On the remote, there are two buttons that have the symbol of a rain cloud. One sets the water level to low, and the other sets it to high. But the only way to turn off the water is through the app.
I got it and the very next day the right brush arm started squeaking a bit loud , imagine a smoke alarm beep when it's batteries are low but every 5 secs just to give u an idea. Love it but man that's ganna get annoying quick.
Pull the mopping tank out of the rounded edge of the vacuum. Put water and whatever you choose inside of the tank by pulling up the water plug then replace the tank and remove the mopping cloth off the Velcro soak it and put it back on the mopping plates, which can also be removed by pulling it off and popping it back on. On the remote you can choose how much water drips out by pressing the clouds, as well as on the app under I think water control.
The Roomba i3+ does include the self emptying bin and has smart features like mapping and room navigation, whereas this one doesn’t hence why it’s cheaper.
I have same model exact After 2 months of working properly , wet mopping suddenly is stopped. No water dripping from the water outlet. And no response from company till now
When you have water in the tank, see if water can still seep through the two filters. At least on my unit, a little bit of water will still come out due to gravity. When you run your vacuum, you should occasionally hear a buzzing sound when you have your mop function turned on. That is the electric water control. Run the vacuum and see if you can hear a short buzzing sound every so often.
Genuinely the worst device I have ever seen. It has no idea where it is, it only knows where to go by randomly bumping into everything then choosing a direction. If you have an open floor plan or any sort of furniture on the ground that is raised or short, it will completely fail and just stop moving. The suction is alright but the mop runs out after like 5 minutes of use. It has awful coverage and is incredibly dumb. I would never recommend this product, it’s genuinely easier to vacuum by hand
I got one today for 20 bucks and I honestly couldn’t be happier I set up everything thanks to your video 🎉😂
Where did you get yours 😭

You only have one? Must be a smaller house haha
Really appreciate your help. Everything you said was true & I couldn't have set it up without you. I paid $110 with a Walmart "deal" where the retail was $619.99 😂
the retail for me was like 800+

Glad I was able to help!
I just got one for $99 CAD, which was a great price I think. Your video help me set it up. Thank you very much!!
I've owned several robot vacs over the years. This one definitely was not 'discounted.' Thanks for bringing this up!
Thank you for this video! Got it all running with the app all thanks to you!

I won’t be able to set up my wifi without you! Thanks so much! Very honest reviews, will be subscribing 😊
Glad I could help! Thank you for your support!
You are really good at giving a review👑👍🏼
Thank you! You got us up and running in no time!!
Thank you for this wonderful and detailed review!
This was SO HELPFUL! thank you!
I just got mine for $13 at a bin store. So far I like it, it seems to do a good job cleaning pet hair off the floor.
Great video! My limited understanding is that Tuya devices can be controlled by the official Tuya app, but that another third party app, Smart Life, offers more automations.
I checked out Smart Life. It's the same exact app as Tuya.
There is no additional automation
This video helped me so much!! Thank you
Thank you for a very thorough “how-to” video!!! The manual instructions were very sketchy.
You did a great job. Thanks a lot.
I cannot agree more. I thought it was a great deal and read the reviews on Amazon so I thought I’d get it. It’s frustrating to set up the ridiculous app and the manuals are useless. I think I’m returning it

Great Video, It saved me a lot of time.

Theyre selling this on Amazon Canada as a 'deal' for 249$, with the list price at 900$. Same model number and tags in the title.
It’s weird on the video here it’s rated like 2.5 stars and right now it’s almost a 5 star product. I just bought it and now I feel like I was ripped off.
Just paid last night $89 at Walmart online and i'm about to set it up while watching the video
I just got it for 100 on prime day
I was either deciding on getting this or the roomba 694
Very good video, so i have some questions. When i set the hour for the routine, how can i choose if the robot will vaccum or mopping ?

Does anyone know if it’s okay to put cleaning solution in the water tank or would that break the whole thing?
That’s the same question I have
Did you ever find the answer to this question? I'm also trying to figure out if I'm supposed to put cleaning solution in the tank. 🤔
How can u just use the remote?
What he say about black licorice jelly’s beans and straws??????????
That's my way of trying to find the name of the app from the instructions manual with no luck. The reference is from the Spongebob Squarepants Imitation Krabs episode from season 2 episode 24b.
Whats the mounting accessory because mine came mounted so idk whats for mop
Any advice on how to get the mop pad to stay on!?!?
I have the same issue… think it’s because my floors aren’t all leveled and sometimes it has a small « step » ( like 1/4")… in the video, his floors seem pretty flat
Thank you for the set up video. I got this for 49$+Tax
ty
Is there an app for an android ?
I got this too and have no issues for so long until now! I am getting the error code with 2 deep beeps and 4 high beeps and the error says encoder abnormal. It says to restart which we have done so many times!! How do you factory reset?
I can’t even get mine to turn on when I take it off the charging port
Excellent video, but I’m not sure how to start the mopping function using the remote control. Is that a possibility? Or do I have to do the app?
On the remote, there are two buttons that have the symbol of a rain cloud. One sets the water level to low, and the other sets it to high. But the only way to turn off the water is through the app.
You are missing one of the manuals!
Main roller brush is important
That’s cons
Does anybody know what the partial bow means?
I got it and the very next day the right brush arm started squeaking a bit loud , imagine a smoke alarm beep when it's batteries are low but every 5 secs just to give u an idea. Love it but man that's ganna get annoying quick.
That would be annoying. Was your unit new, or used like mine?
Mine stopped mopping 😢 the water wont come out
i need help mine starts spinning and lights turning red
Ele faz mapeamento?
Does anyone have time to help me use the mop setting? My manual is lost
Pull the mopping tank out of the rounded edge of the vacuum. Is there anyway to turn off the mopping on this thing, or do I have to pour out the water tank to stop it from doing so?
It looks like the only way to do that is through the app. The remote only has low or high mode, which is basically on.
does it map out your house how would i see it on the app?
This robot vac doesn't have a mapping feature unfortunately.
Atm its close to 800$ but sale rn brings down to 140$
Mine has stopped charging after 5 weeks of using 3x a week
Should i get this or a roomba i3 self emptying?
The Roomba i3+ does include the self emptying bin and has smart features like mapping and room navigation, whereas this one doesn’t hence why it’s cheaper.
my house is a suicidal trap for my robot.
Just got mine for 58.99 it’s listed at at 279.99
I have same model exact
After 2 months of working properly , wet mopping suddenly is stopped. No water dripping from the water outlet.
And no response from company till now
Do you have any idea how to fix it
Already tried the filter change and magnet is there
When you have water in the tank, see if water can still seep through the two filters. At least on my unit, a little bit of water will still come out due to gravity. When you run your vacuum, you should occasionally hear a buzzing sound when you have your mop function turned on. That is the electric water control. @@ReactFragment water seeps through filter but not sufficient to mop properly and no sound is there
Its because this is used, i bought mine clean and new and for 130 dollars.
You obviously got a used machine. Mine came in a plastic bag as well as all the peripherals and manuals.
You probably wanna avoid any Chinese products that connect to your home network...

Watching this cause I’m bored
