During covid19 i have had a LOT of time to look around my house about things to do. I.e diy's .....i've so far redecorated/upgraded two bedrooms, livingroom and kitchen... Then i come to think about these pot covers. I've seen a lot of videos and then i came over this beauty and - TA DAAAA ! You Ashlee White is the winner by far!!
I had one larger plant that I just couldn't find a pot for, and I hated the black, plastic pot it came in. I just whipped out one of these in 10 minutes and I couldn't be happier with it, thank you so much for this lovely, clear video
Thank you for your video. I bought one planter bag recently and decided I would like to make some for Christmas presents. Your instructions were clear and so easy to follow. I'm going to use hessian for the lining and a floral /plant print for the outer.

I do this but small and using a basting stitch. Then I use the little bags as starter pots for my veggie garden and when it’s warm enough to plant I can easily pull the basting stitches out and plant the seedlings. It prevents them from getting root bound.

Most welcome! Glad to hear! Yes you can sew over horizontal pins, the needle will slide over them just make sure they are straight otherwise it could snap your needle. Happy sewing gorgeous xo

I used linen but anything with a bit of weight to it should work x
