hi guys! i’m starting to think about the next series i should do - my two main ideas are ‘lorelai being in love with luke’ or ‘jess being in love with rory’… which would you rather see? :)

Honestly, the fact that they both said multiple times that they wanted kids and in the revival they still aren't even married and aren't decided on how they would have or if they still want kids makes me sad. In the same way that Rory still fooling around with Logan when he was always breaking her trust makes me sad.

Yeah, none of it made sense. I’d wish Rory had been super successful and perhaps a drunk one time thing had led to her pregnancy.
That’s cause it was a mess of an attempt to continue the story. Though I do love that we get to see them get married.😊
I’ve just watched Gilmore Girls for the first time. And thanks to all your hateful comments about the revival, I won’t ever watch it and stay in a blissful denial about it all ❤
you know what I realised?? If you look carefully at how luke hugs lorelai, you can see he hugs her like he never wants to let go
i love their first proposal so much, i will never forgive them for making him feel bad about it (but i love that they kind of paralled it by making lorelai 'propose' again in the revival)
Luke should have said no I'm not ready because she took that proposal away from him. If I ever totally lost my mind and got married I'd never except a proposal from a woman. I'll propose to her when I'm ready not when she's ready.
The way he said “looks good from here” was so cute
I almost would have preferred an of screen marriage and a set of twins than what we got in the revival

It's like they were stuck in season 7.
It was a total disappointment for me and could they have dumbed down Luke any lower? I guess ASP thought she didn't do enough of that on the regular series. The only reason they put that on tv was for the money. It they tried putting that garbage on the CW they would never have allowed it. I guess Netflix never watched the original series or just didn't care. All they saw was money signs. I hate watching a TV show and they ruin it at the end. Luke and Lorelai we're so close to getting married and then they pull the rug right out from under us. And they had to destroy a great man's character to do it.

The way he says yes, with only that initial second of a pause, and then yes 2 more times- ❤❤❤❤
tbh I think they should have dropped the random-ass storyline with Luke and his daughter, ended s6 with them getting married, and s7 lorelai getting pregnant with twins to parallel the dream she had way back. this show did us dirty with these incredibly slow burns just to throw in a catastrophic conflict as soon as they actually got together. Rory and Jess started to fall apart as soon as they got together, and literally the episode after Lorelai and Rory reunite, April gets introduced and it's the beginning of the end for Luke and Lorelai :(
I don't want this series to end, EVER, but when it does please do Jess loving Rory

I only started watching GG in season three. I fell in love with the first episode. Then at Christmas i saw season one on sale at Walmart. I had no job then and we were living on very little money. I found a way to buy season one on DVD. Then it became my obsession to find the other seasons and buy them. I promised myself that as soon as i stsrted working, I'd buy every single season. My kid were too young to enjoy it then but now they are obsessed too!

I believe the man under the towel in the steam room was William Morgan Sheppard. He is listed as one of the elders on IMDb. I just watched some videos with him in them and I am pretty sure it is his voice. Those types of Mysteries drive me crazy! But maybe some of you already figured it out.
