I instinctively want to say absolutely not, but the more I think about it, it's actually a tough question. If you think about it, our Constitution is really meant to lay out the rights of the government we created, and restrict them from encroaching on what our Founders believed were God-given rights just by virtue of being alive. ...That then makes me think of the 2a. It's purpose is really self-defense, which generally should be the right of anybody, anywhere. But do I really want people here illegally, unvetted and with no allegiance to our country, to be walking around armed? Definitely not. So I wouldn't want the 2a to apply to illegals as far as weapons, though self-defense laws should apply equally (if that makes sense). As far as like, voting, for instance, that thankfully has the word citizen in the paragraph, so I think it's pretty clear. Non-citizens are definitely not allowed to vote, per the Constitution. I don't quite know what creates the line, so to speak, but as a nation we really should have distinct differences between the legal and non-legal citizens, beyond just the title of such. Non-legal residents (better word than citizen) should not get the same privleges and benefits that the tax-paying (and even non-taxpaying) citizen has. Otherwise, there would be no point in citizenship. I'm sorry for the long-winded answer there. You just really got me deep thinking with your question 😂

I’m 46 years old, born and raised in Southern California. I fled for Kentucky this past May. Praise our Lord that I was able I paid cash for my Kentucky home, retired my elderly parents, and now I’m technically retired, I’m so frustrated that my beloved state has turned into a dumpster fire. The once most beautiful state in our great republic has turned into a third world country nightmare. I will never return. COVID hysteria destroyed my business while I watched the powers that be enjoy extravagant meals, unmasked of course, without a care in the world. I’m having issues now with Sacramento refusing to transfer my California business credentials. What am I supposed to do? Start over? Go back to school for what I’ve already been licensed for? California has lost its mind.
I currently live in Huntington Beach... I love this city, but California is insane and it's getting worse.. I will not be able to retire here.. I am planning my Exodus..
Good for you leaving Commiefornia and good luck with getting your business transferred , hopefully everything works out for you. I'm constantly telling my wife to get out of my state of CT , like yours it was once a thriving state. The city i grew up in was the hardware capital of the world and Hartford CT is the insurance capital of the United States but the state started deteriorating in the late 80's and early 90's when they decided to put in what was supposed to be a temporary state income tax. It became permanent and we've only had one republican governor in the past 40 years. It's a beautiful state for being small with a lot of woods and mountains with tons of hiking trails. But now we're in the top 5 of the highest cost of living with the taxes etc... We're thinking about Tennessee but I want to go to Montana....✌️
How did you bounce back from a destroyed business enough to retire your parents and yourself only a few years later??? You were genuinely incapable of operating while meeting Covid restrictions for those couple months? But somehow you made enough to buy property in cash and retire, it sounds like Cali was PERFRCT for you financially
SCOTUS could too, by ruling sanctuary cities and harboring illegals unconstitutional, which it is. These cities are not doing what our Constitution orders them to do, which is to protect our cities, states, and country, from invasion. Instead, they are facilitating it.
I’m born and raised in Los Angeles California and I want people to make their money no matter what their job or profession is, idc if they’re flipping burgers. However, I voted no on prop 32 because I know a lot of small business can’t afford to pay their employees that wage and I don’t want to see my local businesses struggle or even worse, close down.
I want to know where all of these people were when Obama, who was nicknamed ‘Deporter-In-Chief’ and deported more people, broke up more families in a comparable amount of time than Trump even got close to in his term. Furthermore, Obama is the one that built the ‘cages’, by the way. I didn’t hear ANYONE say a WORD when Obama was doing it - and Trump wouldn’t have to do this if the previous administration hadn’t caused this crisis. I also don’t hear any of these ‘virtuous’ people talking about Laken Riley’s case, you know, the young nursing student who would be ALIVE TODAY, had it not been for Biden and Harris’s open borders. Shame on all of these bad faith actors.

@@justkim9827Tim Walz just gave a illegal Hispanic WOMAN a job on the Minneapolis Police force. Which means she is carrying a gun. Illinois is allowing illegal aliens to purchase firearms.
Los Angeles is about to "find out".
Please keep KY red so it can remain a sanctuary state for Americans to flee from blue states.
@@Laughing-Eyes absolutely.
It sounds like Home Depot parking lots are going to get cleaned up
Can't feds override their little city declaration?
They can. Federal law overrides state laws.
SCOTUS could too, by ruling sanctuary cities and harboring illegals unconstitutional, which it is. These cities are not doing what our Constitution orders them to do, which is to protect our cities, states, and country, from invasion. Instead, they are facilitating it.
Yep California just devalued all of those nurses wages.
That first woman is cringe. A mouthful of nothing
@nogood237: No, a mouth full of word "Salad. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Americans use the word “hate” very freely.
No more anchor babies
Isn’t harboring a fugitive also illegal?
I’m born and raised in Los Angeles California and I want people to make their money no matter what their job or profession is, idc if they’re flipping burgers. However, I voted no on prop 32 because I know a lot of small business can’t afford to pay their employees that wage and I don’t want to see my local businesses struggle or even worse, close down.
They're so disconnected
I’m in Pa min is still 7.25. I make 10. For unskilled labor😮
Same in Oklahoma. People can't afford to pay their electric bill anymore
Most likely in middle and high school. We grew up hearing how evil it was, so when we could finally vote we thought we could finally stop it. But now y’all changed your minds again
What is your goal with this comment? What were your own beliefs of Obama at the time? Did you support his deportations? It sounds like you’re trying to shame Obama while defending trump for doing the same thing
@@WilbertMooresounds like you are quite simple and can't comprehend the clear basics of the OP.
The only shame that should be felt is you; thinking you are making good points yet you miss by miles the whole premise.
You epitomise the whole problem with The West today. You don't listen, you barely HEAR yet stomp around like you are some highly intelligent superior being.
You're NOT. You don't even get basics
@WilbertMoore Obama was a bad President dude
@@WilbertMoore you can't blame either President Obama or Trump for deportations, there is a process to becoming a US citizen and entering the country illegally isn't it
CA is like a loonie bin, they just left the gates open 😮
California just recently raised wages to 20 bucks an hour. I don't believe California companies can handle another wage raise with the economy of today.
This is why they lost, and they will keep losing. 🤦🏻♂️
I hope so, so we can all save AMERICA.
@walkingwithstarz935 you and me both.
Plus we have to support all of them!
In Massachusetts the most Hispanic countys voted republican
Homan looks like an all star pick so far.
I'm from Florida and I resent my State being bundled in with the Lefty Looney States on the East Coast!!!
We’re returning to law and order so I suggest the democrats respect that and choose wisely.
Homan can detain anyone who interferes with his job.
This people are crazy
California will never change.
It wasn't always ran by idiots 😢
Deported people leave with their kids also
CNN is freakn wild!!
Charge these people with harboring criminals hello???
We have a racist Mayor in Chicago that needs more attention.
I assume you’re talking about Brandon Johnson? Did you see him recently, when speaking to a journalist, INSIST that the journalist refer to his wife as ‘the first lady’? LOL. That was before he completely ignored the man’s question and obfuscated without answering why he’s raising everyone’s taxes to care for migrants.
People in Chicago need to mobilize and get signatures to activate a recall. We recalled two DAs in San Francisco and in Oakland and the Mayor of Oakland.
@@whitway12 he also recently said that Trump is a danger to Black families.
why do people keep voting for people who look like them, or come from the same country as they do, thats where the similarity ceases, you don't know if these people you vote for have in mind whats important to you or will they take a stance on a policy that is going to be disastrous for you and your family's way of life
Why these people are so defiant, acting like they are the law? Let's see!! We the people spoke! Your like don't matter now!!
What's wrong with saying Merry Christmas???

The purpose of VISAs are to determine who you DON'T WANT in your country. VISAs limit which people and how many people you allow in your country. It's the main purpose of the tool.
Even if they are good people they gotta go
Why are you talking over the clips?
California isn't stupid... Higher wages = more tax provenue = more money to spend bureaucracy 🤪
Those 20 an hour fast food employees in CA got fkd. Now they don’t qualify for federal aid, food stamps and such. Gavin did it knowing he’d collect more in taxes and it wouldn’t help the people at all.
Get over it. U pushed it this far!
