Well it’s 4/4/24 and the tiers still exist at the Stellantis Jeep Assembly plant in Toledo. Full Time supplemental since September 2021, almost 3 years, still no profit sharing and still no conversion to a regular hourly employee. A dues paying union member in good standing so I don’t know what’s going on. A seat (supply?) problem today (maybe a strike) so it’s a rainy day off, but some still had to work.
I'm so disappointed in Fain, he used the tier employee to get the contract passed. And the new attendance policy is beyond ludicrous. Now, FMLA I have no issue with, I stood by Fain because I supported unions. But what he did to the TPT'S shame on him.
Great job fellas. Your own union is selling you out slowly. Get behind Trump while you have a job at all otherwise all of them will be in Mexico in 20 years or less
My name is Joseph Adams jr l been fighting 35y and it is sad to see the union before and now Mr fain have made a difference l am in federal court when my case should be settled nobody before them even look at the situation don't know what he plans to do with it but I got a call from the office about it being look at at least l am turning 65 enough said
Why is Shawn Fain negotiating for the staff? The staff is employed by the Union. That would make it a company union. Which are outlawed in the United States by the national labor relation act 1935 (ILO Convention 98 article 2)
Mr Fain has made great strides. Unfortunately many of his underlings and the regions and solidarity house are stone cold scumbags. I wish we could vote them out also.
