New subscriber I love decluttering motivation. I've liked that you've weren't embarassed to show all your drawers as most of the clothes that can't be donated are there and they're by far the ones I struggle so much to toss. I was just sad that it was impossible to figure out what was to donate or toss as it was just a giant pile on the ground that was bagged in 3 bags in like 5 seconds 🥲 I imagine you've even decluttered more before moving but I hope you'll eventually need to declutter again and hopefully this time it will be easier to see what's going where as it's the only thing almost no ones films in declutter and the hardest for me. I often put thos clothes that can't be donated in a clean bag that will stay in the garage forever instead of mixing them right away in a real trash can around the house or emptying real trash in it just so I can't keep it anyore 🤭 The other thing I struggle so much to toss is nicer paper clutter like fashion/beauty magazines, catalogues or even just some stores flyers. When someone filming while emptying trash cans around the house while cleaning, I always hope I'll see either clothes or those nicer papers in the process even tho just seeing any junk as normal trash leaving the house is always satisfying to feel it's fresh and less cluttered.
Next time you should take the clothes to Plato's closet if you have one in your area. They give you money for your donations. I need to do a purge and declutter as well. Thanks for the inspo!
I took them to consignment one time, they told me they would pay me after they sold my belongings, never heard from them again🤣 ill have to see if there is a Plato's near me
