Hello Kamryn, you can use baking soda and water to clean your white carpet if you do not have a shampooer. Sprinkle the baking soda on your rug and extra on the soiled areas of your carpet and use a damp cloth or paper towel. Soak the paper towel in water but not to where it is dripping. Put the wet paper towel over the area where the dirt is really noticeable. Let it sit for about 2 hrs. and the vacuum it up. 😊

You have a blog that you do every week that you're consistent with you maintaining a healthy eating habit. You are keeping a gym regiment that is trying to be consistent.I see those as winds.They may not be the winds of great monumental, but they are sure as close to the goals that you've already set Please give yourself more credit
