You sir, are a god amongst men. As a kid, i hit the max retries trying to beat mewtwo on S-hard. After many weeks, I did it and felt complete, then i watch this and realize how shitty i am.
CPU is dumb sometimes. I saw where she could have countered. 8:48 RIGHT NEXT TO IT WHERE SHE WAS GOING CRAZY!! Here's a tip for V-Hard & S-Hard and this goes for Panel De Pon as well: When cpu thinks it can't do anything and goes down & up like that usually means you blocked him or her in and victory is in your grasp provided your stuck as well.

Very nice! I just got my first no-continue run 3 days ago. I didn't use any speed run strats. But after watching your vidz, I've got some tricks to try. Feel free to check it out even though I'm not on your level yet. I wouldn't mind shooting to beat your time eventually though. I need a new goal to try for anyway! Congrats again! =)

i beat this a long time ago but i have no idea if i could do it today. good job.
i personally prefer puzzle challenge over puzzle league, i have more nostalgia on the gba version.

Challenge you. Also, they shoulda had a MASTER difficulty where all the CPUS are max lv.
It takes me maybe 20 minutes just to do one battle on S-Hard...that's not even counting only wins O_O

If you are playing this on a wii how did you manage to emulate it? last time I tried was 3 years ago but I couldn't get the rom to work, or did are you using the virtualconsole version? I have the original 64 game and loved it but my 64 is rip...
I would guess its Virtual console... seeing as it prompted for a Classic controller.

FK-Phillip: Looking at it in slow motion, I think that they were peeking at the other side and saw the cursor rapidly moving up and down.
Otherwise, they would have moved the water block over one more time and then continued to get the grass block match to work.
What controller are you using? Classic or GC and D-Pad or Analog stick?
+Austin350austin Obviously playing on a Wii, not the N64. The game reacts much slower on the N64 version (I still have mine).
+Austin350austin Third-party SNES controller, actually (asciiPad), thanks to a SNES-to-GC controller adapter from Raphnet. After playing Tetris Attack with a SNES controller, it just feels so right for every other game in the series.
IF you keep beating it, no one will wanna try lol haha. I am a tetris attack runner. Have you done tetris attack on V hard?
