But most setups seem to use the 12v (or 24v) water pump softwash to wash roofs/houses/panels/windows. Usually see pressure washer with surface cleaner. Maybe they used both given how big the house is and the number of people working on it.
50-50 mix of pool chlorine and water put over the stains on the concrete will get rid of the stains in few mins give it light brush with a hard bristle brush to help it break down
