Are there lighter trailers? I bought a Jon boat recently, and the trailer bearings were obliterated by the time I got home. There is absolutely zero markings to be found on the trailer anywhere. I know it's 5 on 4 1/2, with 4.8 x 12 tires. The spindle shaft is straight and the same diameter, 1.25". Need replacements hubs and bearings. The inner and the outer bearings were the same size, LM67048. Help? :)

Sounds like you have a real oddball axle the only thing I've been able to find is a 1,500 lb axle that has a LM 6704 brg but has a LM11949 outer brg

I even looked up in my spindle guide and nothing shows a 1.25 inner and outer brg...the standard 2000lb Dexter axle uses a 1 1/16 L44649 inner and outer...some 2000lb axles used a 1" spindle L44642 inner and outer

@@plnthrd Thank you sir. Just my luck! In a last ditch Google effort, I scrolled down and a link to a message forum popped up. Some super hero linked a webpage that actually has a hub with both inner and outer bearings of LM67048, for a 1.25" straight spindle. We'll see if they fit. Otherwise, time for a new axle...thanks again, sir.
