I have a simple theory.. if you can train hard then what’s the point if you look fat or slim , skinny or muscular. You know you are strong because you can train hard. So eat how much you like as you can train hard and don’t worry about the looks.. looks are only trend based .. lean is in today but tomorrow some other look will be in trend .. just remember that

I want to see how can I become a better version of myself by getting trained by you.
People need to understand though, Aamir has been working out for decades now, he already had those muscles under all that fat, so it didn't take him that long to get back into discipline though it probably took him double the workout to get back into his previous shape. No wonder he's called Mr. Perfectionist.
you also have to follow the comments on the video. It showed him after 4 months at home with his wife. After that it says 5 months later, so him at the gym later is 9 months or so. Plus it doesn't show how long from that point to his fat check at the end, so he himself said it took a while. I'm guessing about 12 months to get to that point.
