The film was put on hold for him, so he has that extra motivation. That is why he could do it in 5-6 months. You must remember that he was naturally in a good shape. Then he got fat and lost it. Being fit naturally also helps. muscle memory! But it's not realistic for FAT person with a daily job to have a transformation in 4-5 months. Its possible in a longer period of time.
