  • Once again we could watch the mechanic Gauthier Verdonck from the World Tour Team Trek Segafredo building the brand new 2023 Trek Domane (It was actually not a bike for a specific rider, it was build for a Team Sponsor). Who has paid close attention could see that Team Trek Segafredo uses the model already since the spring classics. On September 8, 2022, the Domane was now officially presented to the public. The frame is a complete new development, it is lighter, stiffer and more aerodynamic. All cables run completely inside the frame and only come out at the headset. All the details of the new frame and the equipment as it is used by Team Trek Segafredo in the video. Have fun watching.

weight doesn't matter -- it's been proven time and time again. It only matters in hill-climb events where you're ascending a slope (and not descending). It's been shown countless times that if you're rolling on flat ground, or mixed terrain, weight just isn't that important a factor.

I bought the 2023 sl5 and it is heavy as fuck. My 2012 madone is way lighter and not only that the seat post clamp or “wedge” is defective and out of stock. Stay away from the domane it’s straight garbage!!!!!!

it'd be hilarious at 5:03 if the cut part fell on the top tube and the just cut area scratched it. compared to builds i saw before, no masks worn. that stuff is bad for you if you inhale it and it's fine when you're cutting.
