I got so upset during this meditation ! It's made me realise the self hatred I've had for my appearance, also how much of a response it triggered. This really helped become more self aware with my love and how I've thought of myself.

Wow. At one point this was out of body...it was brief but I have never experienced that during meditation. Saving this and will be doing it again.
