- In this video I review the GI Joe Storm Shadow by Mezco. This might be the best AND most frustrating Storm Shadow you will ever have. I look at his sculpt, paint, accessories and soft goods.

Take a drink every time Lawrence drops something on the floor 😂🥃
I love these reviews because I can't imagine dropping $100 on a single fig too often (a couple questionable eBay purchases for hard-to-gets notwithstanding), so it's awesome to be able to experience the figure without needing to commit to a purchase. 👍🏻
If I told you how little I drop shit on the floor when I’m not doing a review, you wouldn’t believe me 😂
@@Apunkwithtoys It's always harder when someone's watching.
...that maybe came out wrong. You know what I meant 😆
@@Astro319 that’s what she said!
The only thing I hate about all these Mezco G.I. Joe figures are they are all the same height. I thought Roadblock would be taller for sure but nope, same height as all of the rest
Great review I actually was surprised about how well Mezco made their Snake Eyes especially in the Ab crunch/crouching lean forward movement. I expected it to barely lean forward at all like the recently released Mezco Deluxe Amazing Spider-Man which could've been a fantastic figure. The lack of any spidey crouch articulation really let spidey fans and collectors down. I was pleasantly surprised to see how good Snake Eyes could crouch! I thought right on, I can't wait to get Stormshadow in hand ! Sadly Mezco got almost everything else right with Stormshadow (even good enough butterfly joints ) except the forward crouch articulation. That to me was a major bummer because it shouldn't be that difficult to give basic forward lean for heavens sakes. I still like the Mezco Storm Shadow but the collapsing bow barely staying open when posing and almost non existent crouch articulation still really bums me out.
I think there are good and bad points with both figures, but I have more of an issue with SE as the pleather just draws away from her he figure.
Great review!! Even though this version comes with so many more accessories I am happy with the Classified version I have. I really do dig the bow and arrows with the Mezco figure.
One of Mezco’s best I would have loved the classic look but his Devils Due look is good as well but yeah love this figure . And love the snake eyes one as well but I had always thought snake eyes was on the tall side .
Man I gotta get at least one of these type of figures
They’re something else for sure, but you pay for it too lol
You should probably look at the instructions before making a videos. 😅. I’ve never had things pop out of the tray when I open the trays. They do if you just aggressively open it 😆
I like how tall the Snake eyes figure is and I don't know why it's a turn off for people. Mezco figures are generally too short and stubby and I think it's a good looking size. Just my opinion
The issue is they don’t scale well with Classified and their own Roadblock and Destro. Before you say they’re not classified, that’s true, but people want to put them in that collection or take photos with them.
@@Apunkwithtoys I can see that. I only keep mezco with mezco for the most part, so I don't experience that. I like the taller build because I prefer those proportions
Looks great, but same issues ive had with my Marvel Mezcos - they can't pose well and you jave to be real careful over time not to stretch the pants out or tear them. Classified may be a lot less sophisticated but its way more playable and durable. I've stopped at Snake and Tommy in this line for that reason.
Eh only 46 minutes. I might not have even shown the figure at that point 😂 The review was still great BECAUSE it's so thorough. Looks like a great figure but I'm not sure I could deal with the frustration of stuff constantly falling off. If he falls off a shelf stuff is going to splatter like a water balloon.
I love Storm Shadow, but I'm torn on this figure, I don't know if I can get passed the knee pads, not digging the maskless face sculpt but I'd never use it anyways. His bandaler seems small and is to high. I think I like the Hasbro retro version more.
Omg I want this figure so badly. I’m completely stoked that you let me know about the sizes of there figures. Idk maybe I was thinking about the marvel heroes. But Tommy Storm Shadow looks awesome.
Waiting for mezco firefly. Cmon!!!!!!
Wow😮 best Storm Shadow I've ever seen..🇳🇱🔥
Looks good, but that's all. No playability at all. This action figure doesn't have the flexibility of a ninja.
I think the two knuckle strike hand is actually to draw back an arrow. Just saying.😂
