6-axis robot system loads 4 FEHLMANN VERSA 645 linear machines

At VDL in Holland, parts are milled, cleaned and then measured fully automatically around the clock in 5 axes. The workpieces are quickly and easily clamped onto EROWA PC210 pallets beforehand.
The 4 (or 6) FEHLMANN VERSA 645 linear milling machines are loaded by the 6-axis linear robot system from GIBAS. The sophisticated FEHLMANN VERSA concept allows full access and visibility to the workpiece and tool at all times, despite automation.
