Somethings not talked about in the video was that Surf actually hits behind Slowbro at the start meaning that if you're close to an enemy you can aim towards your team and potentially pull them off a goal and / or towards your teammates and that you can eject mid Telekinesis. To be fair though ejecting mid telekinesis is super niche and I have only done it a few times but it can potentially land you some good picks.

I remeber when unite was first available and i mained jigglypuff and slowpoke (before squirtle was released) telekinesis was such a good way to snipe targets before zapdos just to then shut them down with surf into a slowbeam
I will only play Scald and Telekenisis, but Telekensis suffers the same issue as Sableye's unite move. All it takes is for the opponent to use some random move and they'll probably end up behind you by accident or just straight up not be affected by it because they're in the middle of an animation.
he really doesn't seem to know how slowbro works, his best sequence and scald and amnesia, surfa doesn't cause a major stun and neither does telekinesis recover significant hp despite the low cooldown, it is also easily interrupted by an ova from blissey. I hope that psyduck's telekinesis is not easily interrupted by an egg, have you ever thought about how toxic it will be when you have a slowbro and psyduck with telekinesis together on the same team, at the very least it will be extremely irritating

Surf causes a pretty major stun once it gets to Surf+. And surf is also pretty solid if you actually have teammates that can take advantage of it
