Your rating seems mind-bogglingly odd. I have both D41s and Estrellas, for which I personally thank Jay, I remember him standing at the machine all weekend. The difference between them is like night and day. Obviously, I just don't have good enough equipment or I'm not deaf enough. Because I'm surprised by your rating, to put it mildly. And dividing sound by money is generally funny. Are you sure you're reviewing hammers for driving nails?
Thank you for the dope review man ✨ There's too much "all-rounders" right now so I wanted to go for something more exciting and unique When Estrella hits, it HITS
@@NelsonMichaelI grab my DaVinci most of the time as well with divinus wide bore tips. However, it’s large shell and wobbles when on the go. Looking for something similar but more compact, I might need to check out the s08 then.
I recently came back after a year of hiatus(read as a different hobby) i still know you from hbb discord. Glad you still doing reviews bud, keep up the good work👍 The Iem game sure got a lot more aggressive as i recall.
I think the Doscincos are more your style. They actually replaced the Meteors as my #1 (and I think you might remember me commenting on this prior) and can be an all rounder. But I’m loving the Estrellas. The quality of the bass and treble, just sounds hi res with great details, imaging and layering. and the huge soundstage is impressive. I’m not sure what the reverse polarity does to the sound, but these sound very wide as well as tall. The treble is ethereal and above your head. It’s the new Sonion E50 super tweeters. They sound like ESTs and that’s why this iem sounds closer to some kilobuck sets. I agree with pretty much everything you said. These are like a special effect iem and great to add to a collection. But do try the Doscincos, nothing fatiguing yet engaging (bass hits a drop harder than Estrellas) and I think they might crack your top 3. Cheers HT, love your reviews.
The sarsaparilla? 🤔 Jk. 😄 I've heard lots of pronunciations. I'm not sure I'll be shelling out the cash for one but it sounds awesome for what it does. I have the Doscinco and Cincotres and they come with that same square case too so I know what you mean about the corners. The Estrella is gorgeous, though, so I might be tempted in to buying it at a later date if I see a great deal on it. Thank you for another great review! 👍
@@_-Z- I want to try their other stuff, they seem to make good stuff. Lol ya those corners are brutal. Wish I could try the others and say if this is worth it over them
Hmmmmmmmmmm… it’s tough… DaVinci to me comes off as a slightly better all arounder. That said, Estrella does pop and EDM music so well it’s nuts. So depends what you mainly listen to.
How would you say these compare to the Hype 4? Those are for sure an all-rounder, endgame iem for me. I think the Sliivo MK2 is pretty great with the spiral dot++ tips as they have a way of easing the treble intensity and giving the mids a tad more of an organic touch; they almost sound like my HD6XX headphones at that point.
@@jakefoxx7978 I like this more than hype 4, hype 4 is a bit better of an all arounder for most people but still a tad too shouty for me personally. I love the SL-41 tho; that’s my main recommendation right now. That all said I think hype 4 is a “safer” recommendation than this, even if I like this more.
@HobbyTalk yeah I guess the Hype 4 wants be "spiritually" more "correct" but still have a touch of "fun" and the way you described the Estrella is it wants to be more fun 😁
Is there a warm headphone with a strong sound without any whistling? I tried more than one headphone, and they were all bad. The Hexa Delsey Galeo Red is garbage. The sound is weak. On an average sound, it is sharp and boring. I want an option that is around $100 or less. Help me. I have been confused for a month.
ummm...are you talking about the static freq? I don't hear any distortion on Red, Hexa, and Delci. Try changing your cables and source but those 3 are good even if you plug them directly on your laptop/phone. Sivga Gue, Dunu Titan S2, Sound Rhyme Sp01 and QKZ HBB (just like hobby talk mentioned) are what fits your sound preference under a hundred-dollar category.
You should have proceeded with the review in normal use case (with no inverted polarity). Everybody is going to reach out to fix the issue and make no sense of your input since you missed to cover that scenario. It is very odd that zigatt team completely missed the polarity when building them and Jays did not picked up on that during his final prototyping. This make me question if your unit was defective but again it is a review unit so it makes no sense. I'm sooo confused.
