How's the sight picture? Looks like that tube would obscure a good bit of foreground. The whole benefit of a dot optic is that you can see all of what you're aiming at.
There is a line where the window stops that creates a blurred edge. With both eyes open, that is pretty much a non-issue. I didn’t find it to inhibit hits. The steel gongs i was shooting ranged in size from 3 inches to 8. Hits were right where i wanted them, every bit as accurate as i was doing with the red dot. It is indeed a smidge different; but you are effectively doing the same thing a slightly different way.
@myronman3 Neat. I'm always curious about how things look to the user because it's so hard to show well with a camera, especially with the restrictions on what you can film on here. Might pick up something like this for my Mossy.
