My thoughts: 1. Congratulations to MiHoYo for actually managing to make a character (Lilya) who is slower than Himeko. I didn't think it was possible. 2. It's exactly as you said. They feel insanely clunky. The attack recovery times are too long, chaining attacks either doesn't work or has some awful timing and it seems like dodging from an attack is quite slow, noticeably slower than any other character. 3. They are cute and Russian, which is a positive. In conclusion: I probably won't bother leveling them. I'm into fast valks like Fu Hua and Rita, so these two are like the complete opposite of that
Liliya hits like a truck during her riposte attack. And is actually a better mule for dark xuanyuan sword than battle storm. And is a good valk to bailout or reposition your main DPS. I really liked her qte on getting hit mechanic. Saved my main DPS a couple of times. Not every valk is a DPS man. Some have some other roles like support, impair or sheildbreak
For f2p there are some options for late game, Fuxi T and B with Dark Xuanyaun M for counter spam, Teresa T and M with Picasso B and the Dawn Sword for faster atks
JP name for Roza is Strawberry Bomb, SEA is Molotov Cherry Both JP and SEA name for Lilia is Blueberry Blitz I can understand why you don't like them (even though they're cute)
I really like Liliya and I started using her. I am mastering her too while playing on stages to farm her frags. She is fun to play with once you get the hang of it. I use her with Might Of Un-Utu because she is the only great sword I like.
When I got the update I immediately farmed my fragments for Liliya and now I have her :D Though when I first used her, her ultimate attack was a little slow but it was really strong.
I use betrayer for Liliya because of when attacked, the betrayer passive deals dmg around her as thats the perfect time for using ultimate. Still need some Jade before can unlock that Dawn Judgement
I'm actually glad there isnt a God tier S tier, that way the meta doesnt get screwed over and as an f2p player I cant risk that. SK, KMB, AK, and Pheonix are enough for me

I have a question about how to build my rozaliya. I managed to pull sleeping beauty weapon and top and mid recommend stigmata from the expansion supply. Now I can't decide whether to use on her the top stigma or to go for her recommended mid and top and bot Mendeleev as I already have them (is the crit damage from Mendeleev top more important than the other physical buff from her Nobel top) Any help/suggestions are truly appreciated
Quite surprised you mention nothing about Rozaliya's SS rank skills. I mean I guess it's partially since you don't have them, but just a look at them gives off the impression that much like 6S or even BR her performance will receive a fairly significant upgrade and she'll most likely require SS rank to be competitive in super late game.
i dont think so..you can clear Lotus with S rank Roza already, its not like SS Phoenix where its a really big deal. (I also think Roza will suck hard in the new abyss mode coming next patch so who knows..)

Luckily I just get Roza with 3 tickets and her sword with 5600 crystals. Her performance improvement to my team is not very significant in boss fight compare with but quite good in mob group. However, it seem like GK full set still brute force everything smoothly so I don't know where I should use her. Roza movement set when switching between different attack (QTE, basic, charge) feel slow, Liliya is better though. Not sure I should feel happy or not. Do you think SS her for the remaining skills worth it.
If you want to farm her frags and have her as a novelty character then go ahead, unless you meant maxing out her signature gear in which case I hope you have money to burn.
Im planning on using Liliya as a secondary dps for my Phoenix. I have a question though. If i use DXY top/mid and mendeleev bot, would that be a viable option for dirac sea for crowd control? I love her playstyle so i really hope you can help.

I'll just say this: Liliya in A Rank is already promising, though Rozaliya in SSS Rank still feels clunky. I kinda hate the fact they don't chase enemy, so even if you are just several units away, if you miss them, you have to stop attacking and chase for them (which is super clunky if I have to use them). probably, their signa weapon are still in development at that time and still deciding for a cool design. And Hrungnir fits perfect on Liliya's color and I thought she might be a elemental ice dmg dealer, fortunately its not. :v
I use Hrungnir with Ryuunosuke set on Liliya. Hrungnir's active closes some distance between you and the enemy. After using the active, you will gain 30% attack speed for 10 seconds. The passive grants Liliya a 25% Total Damage Multiplier. From Ryuunosuke shield, Liliya will gain 40% crit damage. From Ryuunosuke 3 set effect, Liliya will gain another 20% total damage multiplier. And Liliya's passive grants 40% total damage multiplier against weakened or time slowed enemies. So, total damge multiplier against weakened or time slowed enemies is 85%. Against normal enemies is 65%.
i personally find pairing the twins with god kiana one of the best and fun way to play since they can trigger each others QTE easily with the time bubble a much more safer option to let the pink one spin. and a side note god kiana first 2 normal attacks (the spear trowing straight towards you) will miss the counter and fly over liliya head, so yeah if you're going to use her on god kiana might need to take note on that not sure if its a hit box or hurt box issue here on JP
How does Roza compare to UR Rita and BR? It's just that I am 20 frags from SSS UR and I had planned to start farming BR frags after SS ranking Phoenix.

When u hit multiple enemy by roza's spin, do they all get hit at the exact same time? Cause if not, maybe the 1st enemy hit will trigger mendeleev's 2-set effect cooldown and the other doesn't get hit by the effect.
Based on my observation, roza's spin attack have 35 rotations per 9 seconds I am about to put attack speed bonus on roza, so would her rotations per 9 seconds increase or the fixed duration of rotations (9 seconds) shortened?
Senpai I wanted to confirm something. Her perfect counter. I noticed something. If you activate while in time fracture or are time locked it does trigger even if you screw up the timing. In other words that 0.5 second window can be extended by global time fracture or time locking Liliya. I just have an hunch which may be wrong. (I got this when I was fighting hov. She did her time lock attack and and I did ultimate. And to my surprise when the first Lance attacked her. She did an retaliation ex instead of normal retaliation another instance was with kmb I triggered time fracture and switched to lilya and again when that beam attack from summoner zombie hit me (I think it's called heirophant) again ex instead of standard retaliation Can you please please verify this?

Whatever the actual stat line is, as the only S rank psychic type physical attack valkyrie, I have little doubt that eventually mihoyo will release a mech type boss with elemental immunity. Refer to the God Kiana boss and you'll know what I mean
At least for me in the challenge stage this character feels like it is a reasonable investment against mech enemies. Since there's actually plenty of creature type options out there, having your first S supply as a psychic char that deals with mech that creature type cannot deal with will help greatly in the versatility of your comps. Besides, she comes with guess what, a mech type partner herself to deal with creature type enemies

Probably just hitting the enemy. Doesn't say in schro band's description anything about just regular or charge attacks. It just says "for every time the user attack hits the enemy".
For the recommended playstyle for the rozaliya team: how are you going to open the fight with an ult? None of those characters have leader or passive skills that grant starting SP, so near as I can tell that's not going to happen.
Oh, that was only for dirac sea? That wasn't actually mentioned, good to know. Me and probably most of the rest of the plebs don't spend much time in dirac compared to other activities, so it's not usually the first thing that comes to mind. Most of us probably assume something is just general advice unless specified otherwise, so it's good for us filthy casuals when you do point out what's meant for what.
Can you explain why Balmung isn't that good pls? When I look the description it seems the weapon deals an extra slash 80% ATK each hit you deal (with 15% chance to turn it into a enhanced extra slash 160% ATK with 0.8s CD) and the spin deals 4 hit per second...resulting by 80%*4 with Balmung (assuming you don't deal an enhanced extra slash). On the other hand SB deals 120% ATK each hit...but with 1sec CD . the active of SB (+20% crit rate, +50% crit dmg for 10sec) looks far more intersting than the Balmung one though ^^ (+25% phys dmg, turn your 80% into 160% for 8sec)
the problem is the sword wave doesnt count as a charge attack, so it doesnt get benefitted by many bonusts. The sword wave only takes unrestricted physical bonuses, and the hit box is really bad, when fighting multiple mobs it doesn't hit that often, so in practice its quite bad.

Swan Lake imo if you want to turn Lily into a DPS. it buff her ult by a lot (40% phys dmg and 40% crit dmg), none other weapon can do that. On the other hand SB looks like Balmung in a slightly better version
I remember once you said before, Dawn Judgement is a good weapon, it just Himeko couldn't get all benefit on it and it will good for newer character, and yeah what you said really happen. Rozaliya and especially Liliya, get full benefit on it and it will become one of best F2P weapon

Depends. IMO If you play abyss a lot and have nice ice valk, nohime. Otherwise, Newton for bossing

UR is the only main physical psychic dps i think. But i've been mainly using 6S as my main psychic dps.
Any thoughts on the Nobel set vs the Mendeleev set on either Roza or Lili?

Liliya is a Godsend for low-level Dirac Sea. Was able to clear 2 levels at LVL40 thanks to her.

When u hit multiple enemy by roza's spin, do they all get hit at the exact same time? Cause if not, maybe the 1st enemy hit will trigger mendeleev's 2-set effect cooldown and the other doesn't get hit by the effect.

I am about to put attack speed bonus on roza, so would her rotations per 9 seconds increase or the fixed duration of rotations (9 seconds) shortened?

Her perfect counter. I noticed something. If you activate while in time fracture or are time locked it does trigger even if you screw up the timing.
In other words that 0.5 second window can be extended by global time fracture or time locking Liliya.
I just have an hunch which may be wrong. (I got this when I was fighting hov. She did her time lock attack and and I did ultimate. And to my surprise when the first Lance attacked her. She did an retaliation ex instead of normal retaliation another instance was with kmb I triggered time fracture and switched to lilya and again when that beam attack from summoner zombie hit me (I think it's called heirophant) again ex instead of standard retaliation

Whatever the actual stat line is, as the only S rank psychic type physical attack valkyrie, I have little doubt that eventually mihoyo will release a mech type boss with elemental immunity. Refer to the God Kiana boss and you'll know what I mean
At least for me in the challenge stage this character feels like it is a reasonable investment against mech enemies. Since there's actually plenty of creature type options out there, having your first S supply as a psychic char that deals with mech that creature type cannot deal with will help greatly in the versatility of your comps. Besides, she comes with guess what, a mech type partner herself to deal with creature type enemies

For the recommended playstyle for the rozaliya team: how are you going to open the fight with an ult? None of those characters have leader or passive skills that grant starting SP, so near as I can tell that's not going to happen.
in dirac sea all your team starts with 90 SP. In old abyss the SP from last stage carries over.
dude, the Dirac provides u already 90sp to begin with. Since abyss is no more, your only choice is dirac.

Me and probably most of the rest of the plebs don't spend much time in dirac compared to other activities, so it's not usually the first thing that comes to mind. Most of us probably assume something is just general advice unless specified otherwise, so it's good for us filthy casuals when you do point out what's meant for what.
I wonder if zorro 2 set can trigger her ulti... Would make Lilia much more flexible as a dmg dealer. I can't test this yet, I only have zorro top.
Zorro’s light pillar only works with evasion so it doesn’t trigger Lilia’s perfect counter.

You need at least honor play or pocophone to play liliya(just use emulator) . Liliya basic attack was psychical and elemental damage mix. Very unique

When I look the description it seems the weapon deals an extra slash 80% ATK each hit you deal (with 15% chance to turn it into a enhanced extra slash 160% ATK with 0.8s CD) and the spin deals 4 hit per second...resulting by 80%*4 with Balmung (assuming you don't deal an enhanced extra slash).
On the other hand SB deals 120% ATK each hit...but with 1sec CD .
the active of SB (+20% crit rate, +50% crit dmg for 10sec) looks far more intersting than the Balmung one though ^^ (+25% phys dmg, turn your 80% into 160% for 8sec)
the problem is the sword wave doesnt count as a charge attack, so it doesnt get benefitted by many bonusts. The sword wave only takes unrestricted physical bonuses, and the hit box is really bad, when fighting multiple mobs it doesn't hit that often, so in practice its quite bad.

Swan Lake imo if you want to turn Lily into a DPS. it buff her ult by a lot (40% phys dmg and 40% crit dmg), none other weapon can do that. On the other hand SB looks like Balmung in a slightly better version
I remember once you said before, Dawn Judgement is a good weapon, it just Himeko couldn't get all benefit on it and it will good for newer character, and yeah what you said really happen.
Rozaliya and especially Liliya, get full benefit on it and it will become one of best F2P weapon
I got nobel T and B. 2 sets of them is enough for roza to deal high damage. But still going to get the weapon tho.
