- Doom, Quake and Serious Sam are the best FPS ever. But wait a minute: we have one more. The legendary Painkiller was more than just a game. It's uniqe style was professionally combined with the good old metal OST.
So, today we will explore, what could happen, if the Painkiller will dive straight to hell, right after the Doom Slayer: Docks Fight in style of DOOM.

Also, the way you've isolated the leading melody from 0:35 to 0:50 to then go back into full distortion while keeping the melody on (what I assume is) synth is _hype as hell_!

Daniel and Doom Slayer would definitely unite to wreck the Hell to Hell. Damn i would love them to fight together. I doubt Slayer would approve Overdose protagonist but other than that it's gonna be hell of a crossover

It's very interesting to see the dark fantasy world of Painkiller intersect with the new DOOM installment. Of course, DOOM originally set the style and iconic setting that everyone is copying, but fighting the classic undead is also a cool thing, which the Painkiller series expands on very extensively.
in regards to Overdose guy, if you remember the Slayer testaments, the Wretch that was implied to be a Demon, was spared in exchange of making armor.
Overdose guy would probably be welcomed because he is a Demon killing machine.

Painkiller doesn't get the recognition it deserves.
I don't like arena style shooters (clear closed monster areas and proceed to the next), I'm more of the old old school of game design.
However, I consider Painkiller to be fun, a huge part of that is the music and this version sounds great!

Nice cover. Doesn't sound a lot like Doom thou. But I like it anyway. Also, my favorite Painkiller soundtrack would be The Cemetery one. I know, it's just a first level but still, I love that track too much.

Some tracks are created from scratch and done in one take, such as this one.
Some tracks may take longer.
I have sort of sketches for a small bunch of tracks, but mostly I try to create tracks as soon as fresh idea comes up.

Painkiller may be ,,spam S key and shoot” game but it was so much fun, sure expansions might have been a bit complicated but at least hell and damnation was decent
