For The Queen
Question: Are you playing this hymn in the key of E flat? If so, this is the first time I've seen anyone play or sing this hymn in a key other than E.
Yes, it is in E flat! I like the sound of it a little more in that key, and it's close enough to the original that the congregation can still sing.
This is good, can you do “Sing a New Song” ((written by the same guy as this song))
I enjoy that song a lot. If I do another recording big session I'll add it!
Thanks! That song means a lot to my childhood :)
Don’t Forget Join In The Dance by Schutte on The Organ also. 🙂
haha no shoes! this man is unreal.
I have really big feet, so wearing shoes destroys my accuracy.
@@anthonywcsu I don't blame you one bit. I've seen lots of church organists use the pedals without shoes. 🙂
Oh, one other thing: are you playing this hymn in the key of E flat? Almost every publication I've seen of this hymn is in the key of E.
Correct, this was in E Flat. It's a little easier to play and the half step lower works better for the congregation in my opinion.
Do you sell your arrangement anywhere?
To be honest, I just made it up on the spot so I don't have a formal arrangement of it anywhere.
