I don't think it's unusual to be sad or dissapointed about that even if their chances were always zero. I don't think i've ever gone through that kind of situation for a celebrity before, but i've definitely felt that type of dissapointment throughout my childhood whenever a school crush of mine would get into a relationship and i would have to just deal with it. That's pretty much just to say i can't really ignore the feelings of these people because i can kind of relate.
