Yes,this is sui kow. Wanton is smaller without carrot etc... My late mother add in fine shreds of black wood ears n some coriander leaves. All items are optional. The China kow chi is different.Eaten daily with Northerners. Southerners eat rice as their staple food.

一看就知道好吃，自己做材料新鲜，可以提早做好放冰冻，用另外一个锅加水和一点盐，煮了水饺再加入汤里.

婆婆这两款水饺可以当做过年菜。想到农历新年很快就要到来，现在孙女出国留学了，希望孙子有空可以帮忙拍视频，让婆婆的过年佳肴可以出街，不然网友会很失落。
