    Awesome perch mate I’m so chuffed for you. I love perch they are an amazing fish especially at that size it’s a fish of a lifetime. I lost one last night on drop shot
    It had to be around the 4lb mark, I’m still feeling sick about it. But that’s fishing for you. Keep up the good work bro. 🎣

    Brilliant vid as always mate . Your definitely way out in front of the uk anglers on youtube that are using US and Japanese methods for our UK predators . Glad to see you back in action . I gotta ask and I hope you reply . If you could only have one , Teton or elf , which would you pick ??? Look forward to your reply and next vid .

    • @JamesForrester
      @JamesForrester  5 лет назад +1

      Definitely the elf, it's much more suited to the river with it being a longer rod and I love the more though action!

      That’s part of the fun of fishing finding the fish. My canal PB is 3.6 lbs in winter on the ned rig and I catch 2.5 lbers all summer under bridges and little hideaways on creature baits and worm imitations. Can’t beat perch fishing! Tight lines.

    Stunning fish, don't think you subtracted the weight of the net though. You should maybe put fish in a bag for life and then weigh it and you'll get a mor accurate weight.
