I saw them at the Capitol Theater in Passaic, NJ with Lowell and was just overwhelmed seeing them live. I watched, but mostly listened and again I was overwhelmed! When they started back up, I saw them a bunch of times, including a bar,t think in Charlotte where I got the song list that was Duck taped to the floor.i still have 30 years later. They sounded GREAT!
Just saw Little Feat in Jax at the Florida Theater...miraculous musicians...sad that Lowell George not with them...great evening ..hell of a show...GO SEE THEM BEFORE WE ARE ALL DEAD...have fun boomers...our time is ticking...
Thanks for not caving to the cancel culture. The Dixie Chicks took their name from this song. Now they’re just the Chicks. Way to honor the memory of Lowell George. It’s a geographical designation for Chrissakes! Not an endorsement of slavery.
I totally understand what you are saying. Even though it at times almost drags, I love it still.. The pocket is there, tight, but it's made out of a hard material whereas, LG Little feat had a PHAT-ASS "rubber pocket". I submit to you that it was because of the combo (of not only everyone in the band) but Richie, used to put his foot through those bass drum notes. NOW WAY you are gonna lose him, even in that riot. Lowell and Zappa bassist Roy Estrada. Another thing I notice is there are no truly empty spaces for the percussion to do it's magic......
Standing on Shaky ground more like. The Horn Squad intro was miserable. Then the female contingent was out of key. But, what the Hell the Geezers tempo pretty much turned A great tune into a Dirge basically like a Greatful UN Dead concert these days. Oh well they Can't Sing they Aunt Pretty And their Legs are Thin. Time to re Boot all these "Pro's" who can't even Swing a Donkey from a Tree. Sorry. This effort is mediocre and depressing. Lowell George bummer The Party is over they wrecked your Greatest Party Song. 😂
Thank you all for keeping the Feat movin' and groovin'
Peace and Love be with you!

Since Lowell George can't be here, Warren Haynes can step up. Wish I could have been there. Great version of this song

Hey Mr Haynes...The Strat sounds awesome....Ditch the Gibsons
Nothing like a gibson, i would tell you to go ask duane about his sweet tone, now you can’t lol
Kind of awesome!
An incredible end to feat camp
Oh FUCKIN' .......YEAH BOBCO DETROIT.....via LARGO FLA.
larry campbell hell yeah!
I thought that was Larry!
Is that Larry Campbell back there?
Really missing LGs vocals ... this wasn't that bad but it lacked the LG swing. This was pretty even tempered and didn't really have the swing.

It's sad. It actually bums me out.
I've seen Little Feat in their prime..

Agreed, but it's been nearly 40 years. Appreciate the reincarnation and acknowledging an all-time great band
