Thanks, I am hoping to replicate that experience this coming new year, and was looking for somewhere to stay. Would you recommend any other hotels nearby walking street and where we can see the fireworks from our room?@@FollowBrando

@@melindazygarlicki2246 the Renaissance is hard to beat for that. You need a river view room or a club level room so you can watch from the club lounge. I basically lived at the hotel so they saved a NYE river view room for me. If the Hilton is done with it's remodel, that's next door. The Le Meridian would work but you wouldn't have total front row seats.

That's western NYE, the 31st when they do the fireworks show at the countdown to midnight.@@MichimeetsLife
