Is the cold start noticeably louder? Or minimal difference?

Over stock yes but it's not as overbearing as midmuffler delete

A little bit on decel, but there was way more when I had the midmufflers completely removed

I’m assuming those are 5in carven tips but did u replace the mufflers or resonators with the 1794s?

The midmuffflers were replaced with the 1794s. The factory resonators behind the rear axles are untouched
