Was ready to go all in but having reservations because of this. They really should have used the “strip” magnet below the circular one for perfect alignment and more secure fit 😢

I bought assuming I could attach this to a tripod or my gimnal but the bottom of the cage under the magnet isnt compatible with the screws.. all the other holes at the bottom are but it isnt in the center.. why is that? Im no expert and didnt see this addressed in the video so definitely considering a return..
That mic could seriously benefit from a boom arm. The noise transference from the desk to the mic was brutal. Also, I'm not sure if I missed the part about adapting this to non-Apple phones?
Is the iphone pro (in the green case featured here) attached to the Moment filmmaking cage a 6.1 or 6.7 pro max? Just want to get an idea of the difference of how much space there is to grip on both sides between the two different sizes. Does the additional physical size and weight of the pro max make it a little less secure than the regular pro? I am thinking the larger would be easier to hinge off accidentally than the smaller. Thanks!

Better to use a traditional clamp system if you are shooting with a team. Someone will definitely not know it’s magnetic and push the phone off when mounting lens
@@moment If you get bigger semi-pro gimbal, can you not? Cage is not that heavy. Just looked at the DJI RS 3 Mini, which has a payload capacity of up to 2 kg 🤔 Didn't measure yet, but... if it can handle a mirrorless, would imagine this can fit
No hate but… this feels like a gimmick- often the main reason for a cage is to have an external battery and monitor, but phones require neither. Not to mention it feels more skewed to hold than just the phone
I hope everyone understands, but if you’re trying to film a movie, you probably shouldn’t be shaking your camera anyways. 😂 so any questions regarding how well it holds your phone, are pretty redundant
