@missthang4982 hey love, if he doesn't change at all, will you be happy in a year? How about 10 years? Because people rarely change & you need to be clear-eyed on *who* he actually is: not just his potential, or how he acts while on his best behavior. The only thing worse than a bad marriage of a year, is a bad marriage of a year and a day. And if you have kids, here's what I've learned: it's far easier (& better for the child) to be a single mom, than it is to depend on the undependable, a user of weaponized incompetence, or the dramatic. If you wouldn't want your kid marrying someone just like your husband, then you must leave. The hardest part is the indecision- once you make the leap, it gets easier. Good luck!

He mentioned to the cop that she was going to AA. He probably thought she was in recovery. Alcohokics are good at hiding things. It’s definitely why she didn’t want him to be called cuz it would all be out in the open.

He also didn’t so much as look at his baby when the cops said the mom hit her in the face with the car door. Hopefully it’s just the situation overwhelming him, but he’s giving serious inattentive father vibes.

I myself was never able to have children so I became a pediatric emergency room nurse. I’ve been doing that for over 30 years and I cannot tell you the heartbreaking stories that I have heard and the children who have come in their severely abused or basically dead on arrival due to abuse . It just breaks my heart. you need a license for almost anything that you do but having children anybody can do it and it’s just so sad. That’s some of these kids have to put up with parents like this woman.

They hit use a lot when they were drunk, and my brother was doing things! I truly feel your pain in each and every one of your stories! Brought me to tears! The strength you had to make it through all of that and live to tell your story! God bless each and every one of you!🙏🫶
