Personally I think in this alternative universe, Rengoku is likely to survive Mugen Train, thanks to Kanae's presence. Knowing that Kanae will likely be the Kamado siblings' staunchest supporter after hearing about Nezuko being a demon that does not hurt humans, she will likely take responsibility for the siblings and may even join Giyuu and Urokodaki's oath to kill themselves alongside Tanjiro should Nezuko hurt a human, much to Sanemi, Shinobu and Gyomei's dismay. Since Kanae is responsible for Tanjiro and Nezuko, she would likely join and oversee them on their first mission after being exposed, aka Mugen Train. The only reason Rengoku joined the trio in the Mugen Train mission is that Shinobu recommended to Ubuyashiki that he do so because she believed that he may be able to help Tanjiro with finding out what the Hinokami Kagura actually is. If we base Rengoku and Kanae's possible friendship on the DS Academy AU (specifically the Ghost Hunting light novel) we could actually see that the Flame and Flower Pillars get along exceptionally well and are largely on the same wavelength as each other, to the point that together, they both annoy and drive Uzui crazy with their combined stubbornness and overwhelming positivity. Thus Kanae and Rengoku are likely to agree to work together and would make a good team, especially on a potentially dangerous mission. The former may even bring Kanao along (in place of Inosuke) so she can get to know Tanjiro better, after she (secretly) witnesses the scene where he tells Kanao to listen to her heart. Tanjiro and Kanao kill Enmu, while Rengoku, Kanae, Nezuko and Zenitsu defend the train passengers from him. Akaza arrives afterwards to try to kill an injured Tanjiro under Muzan's orders, but Kanae and Rengoku both defend him, before telling Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Kanao to stand aside since Akaza is a foe far too powerful for them to handle. While Akaza only targets Rengoku since he won't hurt Kanae due to his personal creed of not hurting women and children, he is unable to critically injure him thanks to Kanae constantly sabotaging him and is unable to target her in fear of violating his personal rule of never hurting a woman. While they are unable to kill Akaza, Kanae and Rengoku together would succeed in holding him to a stalemate without sustaining fatal injuries, before driving him off during the sunrise. However, both Hashira still end up injured enough (Akaza still managed to occasionally hit Rengoku with his attacks, but Kanae manages to block and even tank some of the hits directed to her colleague, much to the Upper Moon's horror) for them to require a considerable time to recover from their injuries before reporting back to duty, and will be largely absent during the succeeding Swordsmith Village arc, which would now feature Uzui in addition to Mitsuri and Muichiro. While he has no interest in pursuing vengeance against Kanae despite her being mostly responsible for severely undermining his mission, Akaza doesn't do the same with Tanjiro and Rengoku after being harshly admonished by Muzan for his failure, and vows to kill them both should they meet him again when Kanae isn't around to sabotage him. This fated rematch will eventually happen in the Infinity Castle arc, where they face off once again, but this time with Giyuu instead of Kanae (who will instead face Kokushibo alongside Sanemi, Gyomei, Uzui, Genya and Muichiro, while Kanao and Shinobu join Obanai and Mitsuri against Nakime), much to Akaza's glee, although the outcome remains the same, i.e. Akaza gives up and Tanjiro, Giyuu and Rengoku all end up heavily injured. Genya and Muichiro may also survive the battle against Kokushibo thanks to the increase in manpower against the Upper Moon as well Kanae being able to immediately provide first aid to the injured after the battle. Kokushibo will also note that alongside Gyomei and Sanemi, Kanae is one of the more powerful Hashira, impressed that a woman had managed to match and maybe even surpass her male peers, something that would have been unheard of during his generation.

Tanjirou would be dead since in the Mugen train arc tanjirou wanted to cut his head to get out of the dreams and he did it over and over so often he almost on accident cut his head off in real life but inosuke stopped him

Good video BUT
I noticed a few flaws
1.
The paradise Faith cult would still exist as Doma was just the leader of it, not the founder
2.
The Kamaboko Squad would still be there just no Inosuke
3.
Zenitsu would still defeat the tongue demon in the drum house
4.
Tanjiro may or may not unlock the Hinokami Kagura against the Father spider demon
5.
Shinobu was on the other side of the castle when Giyu n Tanjiro were fighting Akaza
6.
Mitsuri and Obanai may or may not die

since doma didn't exist, shinobu would probably travel with giyuu and taniro, there would be no demons where doma was. There would also still be no paradise faith cult, since it was only created because doma existed. Because he doesn't exist no one would make it.
I liked the end! But Kamaboko squad doesnt exist! Its both good and sad.

There is a change in the Swordsmith Village arc. Since no meeting was held, the upper moons will not gather, and Gyokko will find the village on his own without Hantengu. Thus, the arc will be about fighting Gyokko instead, which would obviously be a victory for the slayers. Only Muichiro would awaken the mark as a result
This is a better ending but lost we Inosuke

If no Upermoon meeting means no orders for Gyokko and Hantengu to go to confirm the information
Hence no mark and no swordsmith village arc
Muzan can still use telepathy to communicate with demons even if they are not summoned in the infinity castle 🤷♀️

I really don’t think that the Swordsmith Arc would go unchanged. Tanjiro went there because he needed a new sword, no? He wouldn’t have any reason to go there since there wouldn’t be a Daki+Gyutaro fight. (You could argue otherwise, saying that he’d break his sword anyway, but that’s much less likely without a fight with a 12 Kizuki). Because of that, Tanjiro may have appeared after the attack occurred, and Muichiro and Mitsuri might not get to meet Tanjiro, preventing them from getting their marks, and they would die.
(The changes would be much deeper.)

How bout tanjiro unlocking the demon slayer mark in entertainment district arc, if he doesn't unlock it, the hashra won't be able to unlock their own,
And he won't go to the swordsmith village to get a new sword,
That means muchiro dies since he won't be able to unlock the DSM same with mitsuri, and the demons will kill the entire villagers
But again since no gyutaro and daki they won't be an upper moon meeting
And even if the final fight happens but would take way longer,
No demon slayer mark to activate, so since tanjiro didn't unlock his no one else would be able to,
Why? Because tanjiro learned Sun breathing that's why he must unlock it first before any other person can be able too
And no demon slayer mark to help them with the final battle against Akaza, kokushibo and musan
