Don't use the white posts they break. Use the Allan bolt head adjuster under those.
One time I did notice that if the adjustment system is dirty (mostly sand) it's easy to damage it. You should actually use something like WD-40 on it before trying to move it if your headlights are not fresh-clean.

But did you Know after the black cog snaps off you can drill two small holes in the black disk and turn it with a pair of pointed pliers 😫

I found that removing the headlight unit and using a torx 50 was much easier than reaching in with a 6mm socket. Turning the torx clockwise moved it upwards.

These keys do not work either, they make noise when dialing, but I do not think it is broken, how to care for it.
In one of the cars it was moving about 90 degrees and the felt like blocked. There was sand in the plastic gears that needs to be cleaned first. Then rotated it back and forward until it was fully unlocked.

Ja mam problem z jednym z tym żółtych regulatorów (góra/dol/). Coś jest chyba urwane albo gwint ukręcony bo nie działa regulacja. Da się wyjąć to żółte ustrojstwo i wymienić bez większego problemu?
Jeżeli dobrze pamiętam, to część mechanizmu dało się zdemontować. Chyba na zatrzaskach się trzyma. Generalnie dość łatwo wchodzi tam piasek i blokuje regulacje, przez co przy próbie przekręcenia można coś uszkodzić.

mam pytanie odnośnie silniczka regulującego światała, V50 angielska wersja z prawej strony mam buczenie silniczka od świateł jak go rozłaczyć, ponieważ jak samochód jest zaparkowany cały czas brzęczy. Da się to jakoś rozłączyć aby nie brzeczał lub jakieś inne rady jak to rozwiązać oraz czy to ma jakieś późniejsze konsekwencje dla auta, akumulatora? dzięki.
What do the two adjusting nuts adjust? In other words, which bulbs does each one adjust and what action, counterclockwise/clockwise moves the bulbs which direction?
Top one moves left/right, bottom one moves up/down.
It adjust whole low+high beam assembly if I remember correctly.

what can you do if adjuster is broken
If the headlight interior is moving freely, then most likely you should replace the headlight as you can not set it in fixed position.
Check the comment of J Irvine above. Theres another set of screws underneeth the plastic.

It did not help. So for up adjustment, which way do you turn? Sorry. Please redo the video with more adequate information if you're going to post. So are you saying the adjustment can't be done unless you remove the assembly???
Right (clockwise) will lower the headlight and left(counterclockwise) will increase it.
Ive jjst tried to adjust mine. The tipped nozzle just turns. This does not affect the lights at all in my case am i doing something wrong 🤦♂️😅
you did not specify how high and straight the beam needs to be and what distance, useless video
