😂😂😂 I just lost it at the Techno sounds with Explosions and Vin Diesel saying Family
Do a Joel sized flexi skeleton!
YES!
I mean, I really should …
Just do it!
That is impressive that he was able to load up an Artemis without it leaking Hydrogen all over the place :)
I SEE WHAT YOU DID THERE.
Kudos for finding that picture 😎
Gotta say, the raft removals are satisfying ;)
SO satisfying.
Yes go bigger with glow in the dark filament.
now that you said something, you HAVE to go bigger!
That would make a nice marionette puppet. Add a few mono filament lines and a hand control.
Did that exact thing a few years ago with this file, made for my kid :)
looks like the spiritual successor to the Finder which I still have and love
That was one of the better raft removals. And for you Joel, always go bigger. You need a life size skeleton now.
For completeness sake:
- Flex bed: yes
- Filament runout sensor: yes (according to website)
- Auto bed leveling: ??
Inconclusive if worth the time due to not being able to find if it has ABL or not from Flashforge's website.
no abl, only manual bedleveling with the two knobs on the front
@@oOSpecialProskillsOo dah! Then the printer isn't worth the time
To those who wants to print the XXL skeleton themselves - you're out of luck. It was a limited model only for early patreon subscribers. The file is no longer available for download or purchase. One can only hope that this video spawns a re-release of the model.
I don't know for sure, but I don't think Joel was an early Patreon of flexi factory, so either he got it special for this video, or it's out in the wild somewhere
That sucks, I joined the patreon to download it. Came back here to see if anyone had a clue as to where it was on there and found your post... Thank you for saving me some more time trying to track it down. Wish I would have seen this sooner.
It was a part of the March Patreon drop for me. Maybe he will re-release? I'll ask!
@@3DPrintingNerd lucky!
@@3DPrintingNerd Fingers crossed :)
I’m so excited I just ordered one of these
That scull is totaly Jon!
Yes go bigger!!!!!!
Wow is incredible, i have the same printer but no same quality prints, can u send the slicer's profiles?
Not Bad, Not Bad! Though not sure if I can sneak this printer into the group of 5 I already have without my wife finding out
LOVE UR VIDS BROTHER UR LIKE THE AMISING 5 all in one bro
Go bigger... Maybe on the flsun v400?
mr. telling, i bought a flashforge finder. (it did not come with a flashdrive). i hooked it up to my computer, downloaded the software. the printer bed never did level, so i had to add plexiglass to the bed.
ii did print for a little bit, but it stopped. i bought a 3d pen and used it instead.
i went to a comicon, and a guy that 3d prints figurines, dice, and parts said that the (every other) flashforge finders were made to fail. the way to find out is if it came with flash drive. (mine did not). (have you had any problems with your flashforge printers?)
It is so much fun, living in the future!
LOL! @12:07, this video just became LEGIT…
That's a shiny boi
Is this just the finder 3 with another name looks identical?
I don't use rafts, because I've only had rafts come off nicely once...
Agreed. This seems more like a promotional video with a Skeleton as distraction. I don't see how the Artemis is different to pretty much any other recent Flashforge...
sermoon d3 review please
What are the benefits of PLA glue verses just CA glue? PLA and CA work extremely well together.
3DGloop isn’t a glue. CA works as a bonding agent, 3DGloop creates a chemical weld.
Yes of course go bigger!
Because always go bigger
As a matter of fact have you seen Miranda’s new printer that he’s building? I think you two should talk.
High five ✋🏽
Great montage and sound, as usualy! Nice skeleton, wish i could buy this model lol! But i can't, don't ask why lol.
how did you split him up i want to print him and got the file but he is just a little to big
how come mine voxelab isn't taking from cults 3d
Right leg, left leg, no hokey pokey, I’m mad.
would be cool to see a lucky 13 but big lol
You inspire me to push it to the limit!!
This is awesome I wanna buy this printer, wat site do I use to create my own images to print
If you want to start easy, have a look at tinkercad.com!
After I signed up for the Flexi Factory Patreon to download the STL for the XXL Skeleton, I couldn't find it, so I contacted Flexi Factory just to find out that it is not available to the public and the extra large skeleton was a patriot exclusive for the month of March only. So yes, great video Joel, but very unfortunate to show off an amazing print that nobody can ever get - without mentioning it in the video.
Yup, didn’t mention it because I didn’t know. I have THOUSANDS of models and subscribe to dozens of Patreon people. I’m sorry it’s not available, I didn’t know. The small one is - I purchased it for $3 on MyMiniFactory. The XXL skeleton is just that small skeleton cut up. Get that one, do the cuts to make it look like what was in my video, then you should be good to go.
@@3DPrintingNerd Thanks for the clarification.
Looks like a Finder 3.0..
Very cool, but super long print job! Have you considered reducing the total print time by increasing the base and travel speeds to 80mm and 100mm respectively and layer thickness to 0.3mm? Doing so would be consistent with the Fast slicing option available for users of the Adventurer 3 in Flashprint 5.4.1.
Check out this photo of a Flexi Factory print-in-place frog created using a Flashforge Finder 3:
drive.google.com/file/d/1urimbh9kW2zf9mIL6ZqcgnuBufsHsvnL/view?usp=sharing
Print time using 'Fast' settings (100 mm travel speed/0.3mm layer) was 6hr 18 min vs. 10 hr 10 min using 'Standard' settings.
For most purposes, this would be considered excellent quality.
@The Padded Cell
BIGGER!
You know you can go bigger!
Now print one from glow in the dark filament.
Awesome Joel! If it's still articulates, why the glue?
Certain parts still have to attach because of the size but they did it in a way that makes still be able to articulate. The smaller version doesn’t since it prints together on a smaller build area.
You can buy a t-shirt cannon on Amazon?
You sure can!
I need one 6ft tall
Great job, yes go bigger.👍💀
I want one!
But Joel.... you should print it bigger!!
69cm...Nice!
needs to be life size for Halloween! might just make it in time if you start now ;)
I mean, he has a print farm…
Well now I need a giant version of the ghost boy file…
100% that is Jon
Right?!?
@@3DPrintingNerd Jon changed his twitter profile photo to match as well, confirmed canon
This is a good time to bring up how Patreon has changed recently, you use to support at a tier level and have those projects open to you and download whenever you want. Now it changed, instead of full tier catalog now. You only get monthly picks and if you failed to download the project .stl file Well too bad, you now have to pay for it . For example, the Dragon file is no longer part of the Patreon tier, you have to buy it ...
go bigger skeleton
You make these videos entertaining with your wonderful corky personality. Still though that build volume is small.
Go bigger. That really needs to be life size. (Probably my life size, not yours, so it doesn't cost too much in filament!)
I say go bigger or goi home ROFL!!
There are a number of creators I've decided not to support on Patreon due to how they have the tiers setup. In my opinion, if I sub to a tier, I should have access to everything that was released at that tier. Past and present all. None of this junk about having to download it in the month it's released or you lose access to it. Or only having access to things from the sign up point and on, no past stuff in that tier, that's crap.
Naming that printer Artemis, knowing full well that the SeeMeCNC Artemis has existed for years, is a dick move on FlashForge's part and I suspect they're well aware.
Of course you have to go bigger...
Make no bones about it, Joel's new friend can sure take a ribbing. At least 2 or 4 more. 😁 Great video.
🔥💕👍
I keep randomly giggling over a hairy legged Stay Puff.
So if I being drinks and cookies can I shoot hairy legged Stay Puff with the shirt cannon?
I would also like to know how long you played with this skeleton.
Now you just need physical animation for the bigger skeleton
YES! hahahah
cool, but BIG is relative
You should always go bigger 😶
Of course you should go bigger. Always go bigger. Duh!
Not a fan of this printer. It’s the same printer as the ff finder 2 but almost double the cost.
Why do all flashforge printers look like cheap wish printers?
