This is Awesome. I love your ingenuity in making your own additions. Especially the tool changer, LED, and the dust shoe is great too. I am going to get one of these machines and I am nowhere near as good as you at any of these things! Would you mind if I get in touch with you to ask some questions?
That was amazing. I have an old Shapeoko 3, and I am reeeeal jealous of these beast. Ive heard of ratrig printers (found them when i built my Voron2.4) but I'm definitely going to look into ratrig CNCs now!.
@@KorezGuitars Thanks. Little pricy but the time it will save me will justify it LOL. I was looking to get a Milo Mill or Rat Rig Mill but curious now if a Stronghold pro will more or less do everything a mini mill would do? I currently have a X carve and would be nice to trade it in for a stronghold pro instead of buying a mill if it will cut the same projects a mini mill would.
@@kwad3d10 the spindle is run by cumark es580 VFD, forgot to add that the price of that ATC spindle includes this VFD. Also in my case i got the imporst costs removed from the price. Also to note, at least in my case i recived the valve to operate the ATC mechanism of the spindle, so thats nice
@@KorezGuitars Ok very nice. So pretty much everything is included except ISO20 Tool heads? Think I will upgrade to a Stronghold Pro. I work at a shop with industrial sized CNCs and can make a solid backing plate to tie the gantry pieces together to stiffen it up and T Slot Plate instead of a waste board to remove the flex there. Once I sell my Xcarve I will get the ATC Spindle to finish it off.
Amazing build!!! Would you be willing to share your 3d print parts? Or do would you be willing to sell the stl's? I'd really love to print those brackets for the brushes on the y axis and place them on mine as well.
Are you any good with 3D CAD? such as fusion360 etc? I think you should add collect your modifications including your tool changing configuration files, and sell it for a small price to people who would be interested in doing the same, I have this CNC on the way soon and I would absolutely love to copy what you have done here. Even if it had a price.

Came here for the RatRig, not the guitars.😅 Would very much enjoy watching more about your setup.

Awesome video. Could you do an overview of the controller as well?
awesome video :) i wish to see the workflow
So How has the spindle been working for you? Can you provide a link for it. I tried looking it up but the brand offers a lot of different models.
