Great to learn about Arooj and her influences, (although the interview is chopped/edited heavily). Hope the artist in Arooj, stays alive well past the celebrity stage.
I’m glad you learned something new. Yes we had to edit it for RUclips because people don’t generally watch very long videos. If you have any specific questions you can leave them here
Great content & Interview

Presenter talks to fast & too much doesn’t let guest speak
Never heard of this artist, as heard, songs are in worth listening. Best of luck. One minor comment, it was totally unnecessary to use F word in short interview. I like many studied in Europe and USA but never felt the need to use F word unnecessarily. Thanks
Her stereotypical support for Palestine is a turn off.
Yes, somehow Pakistanis' have selective amnesia on crime against Uyghur Muslims & their own people in Balochistan. She is just pandering to the woke crowd.
Haters will hate. But she's pure love♥️♥️♥️
Free Palestine
Why is she even relevant? The only reason she gains any traction is because of her gender, period.
Why are you being rude? Her music is beautiful
All Pakistani singers sings like her. Just check Pakistani Coke Studio. She is milking her gender and nothing else.
@@babrdwod7464 your comment makes zero sense.
Going by that logic all female artists should be automatically famous.
Again what makes her so special? You clearly have no understanding how music works. She is barely relevant in Brooklyn, let alone on a broader scale. She keep relying on her being a women as if she done something remarkable.
Just educate yourself and watch Lahore female/male singers and majority have better vocal range than her.
@@babrdwod7464 the only thing that’s “relevant” is that I like her music, and a lot of other people like her music too. If she was talentless and only was gaining traction because of her gender (which doesn’t happen in the real world) then wouldn’t a more talented woman in her genre be gaining traction faster? Idk why you have it out for this person
