It sounded like they were singing in a lower key and it sounded all wrong and off. The guy is straining to hit all of his notes. The female is singing lower then she is comfortable with but when she goes higher she still sounds uncomfortable.
They sang well but the connection with each other and also with the song were missing. Because this song is not just a song. This should sing with full of passion and emotions and connections.
